One word that describes Twin City Heating Air and Electric, Excellent! From the initial consultation to the install of the water heater and softer, was seemless and completed on time. The price was good and the communication was fantastic. On the day of installation, they let us know what to expect and answered any questions that we had. The staff and installers were friendly and professional.

I found that they had poor communication from their home base to the crew in the field. We had agreed on option 1 (green arrow in attached picture), basically a vertical run and exhaust out the roof. I actually created that PowerPoint slide before the rep visited, just to be super clear. The sales rep promised this would be the installation method. However, you can see from the after picture that they ran the duct along the exact same pathway as before the install, then created a new hole in the corner of my roof for exhaust. The lack of communication to the installers was the root cause of the problem. Installers were great overall. In any case, management defended that quality of the install, never really listening to me that the specific path of the duct was the most important aspect of the job scope, as rerouting was necessary for finishing the space. Ultimately, they offered to move the pipe at no additional cost, which I thought was obvious because the job wasn't completed as promised. However, they were unwilling to openly acknowledge that they made any mistake and refused to comp any of the additional cost incurred for having to undo/mend the additional hole they put in the roof. I also found it odd that I was billed for new duct and insulation when they simply used my pre-existing ducts and insulation.

Our service technician Angela was on time, professional and did great work! We would definitely recommend her and use Angela again.
We have had multiple jobs completed by Angela, and we continue to come back for all our electrical needs. The service and price is perfect! Angela’s work has been flawless! Twin City Heating Air and Electric always have time, honest pricing and we are always able to get them on the phone!

Wow! I’ve got to say, Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric are awesome! I had no heat for days, and it was freezing, but they were able to get someone out and get our furnace running ASAP this week. Huge thanks to Dymond Yang for the great service and for getting our heat back on!

The amount of work Tay and Bryce did for my install was pretty darn amazing. Furnace, AC and Water heater all in one day. They were also very polite and courteous. Very good customer oriented service.

I have been using Twin City Heating and air since moving into a new home. Angela Arndt has been to my house for multiple electrical needs. She has installed new light fixtures, ceiling fans, moved outlets and installed new outlets. I love working with her she is very personable and I fully trust what she recommends. I really like that she is the electrician that comes each time I have something to be done. I included several photos of the work she has done for me.

Twin City Heating bailed me out of a pickle. My furnace went out late at night. I called 4 companies. TC Heating came out in about an hour. None of the other companies even called back. Dymond was curtious and informative. He was able to get my furnace running and helped me avoid a cold night. Thank you team!

These guys did a great job installing a tankless water heater and filter system in our home. They helped me with financing options and answered all my questions. They even made sure to make me aware of available tax credits on top of submitting for me all rebates from utility suppliers.

Conscientious workers installed two bathroom fan/vents, one with heated fan, requiring separate wiring. All went well. In addition they installed a new hood fan/vent fir the kitchen, ensuring the damper works, preventing cold air from spilling into the room. Alex, Brian & Bryce were all courteous and respectful of our home.

I recently purchased a house and this group was hired to confirm the working condition of the home’s radiator system. They performed a service and recommended a new pump. They confirmed the radiators were working.

After the first cold days in October, we realized one of the radiators wasn’t working. This was not noted in their report. I called them to diagnose and they said it was the thermostat which was over $400 to replace through them. After the fact, the model of thermostat retails for about $80. After replacing the thermostat, the radiator still wasn’t working. They then said the issue was the valve to the radiator and quoted over $2200 to replace it.

I looked for a 2nd opinion and it turns out there’s a blockage in the pipes. Would not recommend.

Not sure this is the place the techs came from since there’s multiple TCHAE, but the billing address on our invoice is Blaine.

Kelley at Twin City Air and Electric did a dynamite job. He spent the time to get the job done right. When he got a faulty breaker from the warehouse, He went to home depot and got the correct working breaker. We have a gas clothes dryer, so they never installed a 30 amp dryer plug in our house. My significant other is a porcelain artist. So being able to plug in our larger kilns is the difference between night and day. Up until we got this plug installed she's had to use a tiny jewelry kiln. This makes a huge difference. Thank you Kelsey! For your hard work!

Shawn Kristofitz was great. Very knowledgable, very helpful in helping me understand our boiler. He was careful and efficient and I would highly recommend Shawn and all the folks at Twin City Heating Air & Electric for your next service.

Excellent service. Came out in -10 degree weather on the weekend when I couldn’t get another company to help. Cody did a wonderful job. He had my furnace up and running and my house went from 66 degrees to 72 degrees in an hour.

Shawn did a great job restoring our AC to working order. He thoroughly tested our system to assess it's performance before doing anything. About 6yrs earlier another service provider recharged our old 1997 AC with Freon, so I thought that was low again. Shawn hooked the gages up to both sides of our compressor and determined it was working good and had a sufficient coolant charge. The biggest issue ended up being the evaporator coils in the ductwork above our furnace were half clogged with dust and gunk. Our tech used a flexible borescope camera to thoroughly inspect our furnace inside. It took major surgery to gain access to the dirty coils, cuting the air inlet vent, completely disconnecting the power wires, and praying the ductwork apart. Our tech remained calm and confident throughout. Prior to agreeing to the job the tech presented us with different service options and let us pick what was right for us at the time. I don't mind paying for work I trust, and we got our money's worth today! When we're in a better position to replace our entire system, I wouldn't hesitate to call Twin Cities Heating & Air. I'm Leary of glowing reviews that read like a sales brochure, but TC H&A sent us a short profile on Shawn to let us know he was our tech today, and Shawn did an awesome job for us! They sent Alex S. and he got the job done quickly! He got my heat working for me and my 4 month old baby. He essentially saved our lives. Good guy! If he worked for me, I’d give him a raise!

Had a faulty switch and Victor took his time and provided great feedback and options on how to fix the issue. He was able to help fix the faulty switch and outlets that were affected by it. Victor provided Great customer service and was very knowledgeable and resourceful. Highly recommend.
