I would recommend all of the folks that came into our house to install our heat pump and water heater. I had many questions since I have never had a heat pump before. They answered every one of them, which I’m sure took more time than they wished. But they were much more patient with me than my kids are. All three of the fellows involved in the installation of the heat pump, Brian, Tay, Kahin, all answered questions with patience and full explanations.
One thing I would recommend is that you try to learn the app on your phone, it was so much different than our old thermostat. But the more we learn about the app, the happier we are with our system. We feel like we now have a very usable basement, whereas the old system just never seemed to be able to get the basement warm.

Now we are looking forward to the much much lower bills!

I had a furnace tune-up done by Dymond. He was very friendly, explained everything in detail and was open to questions. Good job! I am very satisfied with their service. I would use them again in the future.

Dymond is an exceptional technician. Professional, communicative, Efficient.
He document his work, and estimates well. Then describes the repairs.

Cody the service technician arrived exactly as scheduled. He was clear and explained the work to be done. He offered some add ons, explained the benefits but wasn't pushy about it. He was efficient and thorough. I'll use TC heating again.

These guys have been fantastic to work with!! The furnace and old pipes in our building have been struggling to keep up and with the cold, we’ve had pipe bursts. TCHA&E have been working around the clock to fix the problem. They are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

I've hired TC Heating several times for both of my properties. It's all good. This last time was the best. They discovered several issues I wasn't aware of. The renters are happy because the heat works the best it ever has. No hesitation on recommending them.

Cody was great. He arrived quickly and was able to figure the issue out almost immediately. He did some great education on homeowner maintenance for our HVAC system and got us on a monthly plan so we can be proactive so we don't have to be reactive as often.

Our furnace went out two days ago and Twin City Heating and Air has been amazing! Same day assessment, next day sales to set up next steps, and our new furnace is being installed now. The quality of their work is excellent, and it’s obvious they care about doing the job right. The five star rating is for Twin City's communications and responsiveness. Since we are not familiar with HVAC systems and installation, we are not able to judge the quality and appropriateness of the systems and their installation. I am giving them the benefit of doubt, hoping the systems they installed is the best for the house and their installation work is excellent. All their staff are very polite and friendly. Brad and Joe were very prompt in providing information and quotes prior to the installation. Before they got the contract, they sent technician Jason to figure out how to route the exhaust to the back instead of the front of the house. Jason and Bryce worked all day on the installation, even pass their usual quitting time in order to finish the work. I am surprised that Lennox make it so hard to install the furnace. They should drastically improved their systems to simplify on site installation, especially for replacing an old system with existing duct work. Maybe Twin City can give them some recommendations. Bryce put down tarps on the floor to protect from snow and dirt from their shoes. He adviced us to use cheap filters instead of the expensive ones we have. An expensive filter restricts air, like us wearing a mask to breath, which make the motor work harder and wears it out faster. Electrician Alex complied when I told him to close the door every time he goes outside to work on the air conditioner, because there's no heat in the house.

Tay and Brian were fantastic. They replaced our 50-gallon water heater. In and out in an afternoon. They made sure everything was 100% before leaving. I've used TC Heating Air & Electric for years. Thanks for consistently great service.

Bryce and Brian came out this past week to do a MASSIVE furnace project. We were thinking we were going to need to replace a furnace and instead, we were able to optimize what we already have! We have been so thrilled with the service and quality of the work. We opted to cancel a different Home Service Plus plan and have put our trust and confidence in Twin City Heating Air and Electric. It is just so wonderful to be able to call a company and get a human on the phone within the first few rings. 100% recommend!

I initially called Twin Cities Heating, Air, and Electric when looking for a company to come out and service our air exchange units. This is something that is not done by our current company that has serviced our furnace in the years past.

I was so impressed with every single interaction – – starting with talking to Barb and Annette on the phone when setting up the initial consultation. Both of them were helpful and answered the phone in a cheerful, joyful way. They knew what they were talking about and they got us scheduled for our technician appointment.

Alex came out yesterday and he went above and beyond to fix our air exchange units. He also checked our furnace and did some basic cleaning to help it run more efficiently. He explained everything to me in detail so that I would understand what it was that needed to be fixed. He offered a couple different solutions and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable moving forward with his proposed plan.

I am so happy we found this company that is so focused on customer relationships and satisfaction. It feels like the type of service you would receive in a small town.

Alex was amazing! We had a laundry list of electrical work. He did a thorough job, he presented options for ways to solve all of the problems as well as some optional additional safety additions we could do. He was thorough and informative without being pushy. He had already put together estimates that included and did not include the optional items.

Once we agreed on the tasks he was able to get to work, resolving everything quickly and efficiently. He walked me through all fixes to show they were completed.

Alex was also pleasant and courteous the whole time. He made sure he did the outside checks first so he could remove his shoes without being asked. He made sure to bring our packages in the front door. He was an all around pleasant and wonderful.

This is the third time we’ve hired this company and we will definitely keep using them and recommending them. It’s nice to have a friendly business in town :).

Alex was very detailed in his inspection and explained things very thoroughly. I had multiple inspections done on the house prior to considering purchasing it. Alex’s attention to detail, knowledge, and expertise allowed him to uncover concerns within the home that other inspectors did not find and he was able to provide timely estimates which helped my decision making to not purchase home that saved me a lot of money and time down the line.
