Last summer, Perfection installed new gas lines, supply vents and return vents for our basement remodel. They did a great job and had reasonable pricing. They got the job done in one day and were very professional.

We also had them out this morning because our furnace quit during the night. They were able to arrive within a couple hours of my call. Kade was friendly and professional. He fixed the issue in about an hour and the price was very fair.

I'd highly recommend perfection. They get the job done right and don't overcharged.

He even pointed out a few tips to help us improve airflow and reduce energy usage—something we really appreciated!

It’s always great to have someone as knowledgeable and courteous as Sam in our home. He’s not only skilled at what he does, but also takes the time to explain things clearly and respectfully. We trust him completely and feel confident going into the summer knowing our system is in great shape.

Scheduled twice yearly maintenance always excellent. Individuals are easy to work with and knowledgeable about the furnace and a/c unit.

These guys were excellent, professional, on time, dedicated, worked above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for HVAC Air Con work for any system install or repair!

I initially used this company to replace a furnace/ AC and some duct work. I replaced old but completely functional units. The furnace would repeatedly shut off randomly. They had someone out there a bunch of times, I don't know what the problem was and nobody ever told me. I'm extremely paranoid that it'll randomly turn off when nobody is there and all the pipes will freeze. The AC cools the downstairs but the upstairs is always uncomfortably hot. Im going to have another company in for an inspection/ evaluation. I unfortunately used them for another project despite this and it was a horrible experience and created extra damage they continued to ignore until I wrote a review, that they criticized me for writing. Ultimately, after multiple additional calls and emails, they did give some money back so I can get things fixed.

Have been using Perfection for more than 10 years. Easy to work with, professional, and knows what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Perfection Heating & Air is the best! Sam was thoroughly professional and helpful in keeping our mini-split AC system running in top shape. I was so impressed, I scheduled a fall boiler check with Sam in October. I know we will be in good hands with Perfection and their great employees. I highly recommend them for any home cooling or heating issues you might have.

Been with Perfection from the beginning. Great people to deal with. My heat was out and had Home SERV called into fix it. Nope they wouldn't do it. Something about bad wiring. My furnace was done four years ago from ground up by Perfection. The furnace ran flawlessly for that time to now. It turned about to be a simple thermostat. Jon checked on everything including the wiring that the previous company said was bad. All is good and a BIG Thanks to Erin for getting me into the schedule that quickly.

Very tidy work. The vent hood over the induction stove looks very tidy. No mess where it joins the ceiling. The vent even sucks fumes from the cooking area when it is off.

We are super excited for our new, all-electric cold climate heat pump system that we had installed in our Minneapolis home!

Mike and Aaron did an amazing job installing our all-electric heat pump system! Mike was very transparent about the process and kept us informed and involved along the way. We feel confident in the installation and were very appreciative of the care Mike and Aaron took. They made decisions as if they were installing the system in their own house. We definitely recommend Mike and Perfection!

We didn’t have any heat from one of our rooftop units this week. Kade came out and replaced a bad valve right away, getting us up and running quickly! We appreciate the entire Perfection team for making this quick and easy!

Highly recommend if you need someone out right away! They seemed to be the only metro business that could inspect my furnace within a couple hours. Not knowing much about furnaces and because it was freezing outside, I was so thankful for their service.

I was taken care of right at the first phone call. Our furnace went out and I thought we needed emergency service. Tony talked us through everything and realized it wasn’t an emergency. Saving me money. He also got us scheduled for repair first thing the next day. Nate showed up and explained everything as he was working on repair (as well as training a new employee). I am putting this company in my contacts for future needs and to refer them to others.

Well trained and thorough. Very personable. No pressure up selling which I appreciate. Did point out some potential upcoming issues with our 37 year old furnace. Kade was excellent as has been our relationship with Perfection over the years.

My relic AC unit and air handler were finally showing their age. Time for a much needed upgrade! Called Erin at Perfection who was able to quickly set up an appointment for an estimate (Nick S. was great and answered any questions we had). Nicely detailed information on the quote.

Happy to go ahead, Erin was able to get the job scheduled right away! Both Zac and Mike did a fantastic job at discussing what was to be done. They made quick work and had it all done in one day! The wiring and piping is organized and everything was as clean as when they arrived. With the final walk through, Zac went over the work that was done and gave us some great tips on taking care of our shiny new units.

10/10 highly recommend Perfection.
