Experienced, thorough, polite and knowledgeable techs did a great job for us! They explained everything they found and what they were doing to improve our gas fireplace. We feel like our fires will be safer and nicer to look at now, and for some time to come.

We had our air ducts cleaned, furnace tuned up, and dryer vent serviced. Booking was seamless, with timely confirmations and multiple reminders via text and email. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and got everything done efficiently.

One thing to note: you need to leave your door open during the service (not unique to this company), which can let bugs in—so I’d recommend scheduling during a colder season. Overall, I’d happily recommend them!

Aaron did a great job and answered all our questions with patience. He fixed both of our fireplaces. He had to replace a couple of parts which were kind of pricey. Luckily he had those available in his van.

As always the best! I have been solid customer for many years. Excellent communication, craftsmanship and fair pricing. Was able to fit new dishwasher in not quite perfect beautiful custom cabinetry.😃

Words cannot describe our satisfaction with the services provided by Anderson's Mechanical. We had Kyle and Jesse to perform cleaning services on HVAC ducts, Furnace, Dryer Vent and Fireplace. They did their work with care and with respect to us and our home. They were skillful, conscientious and professional. They cleaned after themselves too. Shortly after they left, I called the company and asked to speak with John Anderson, the company owner, to express our appreciation for their excellent services. Aaron was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and didn’t try to be pushy and upsell, even though I was getting a great deal. We did decide to do the dryer vent cleaning but only after he inspected it and explained the dangers but he gave me the choice and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to get me to pay more money. My house is warm now that I can turn on my heat, knowing that my family and I will be breathing clean air.

Our fireplace went out and the Anderson team took great care of us, after an unexpected part failure they quickly resolved this issue and came back the next morning. They didn’t leave until the job was done and done right. Fair price and quality work, they have our business and referral in the future.

I got the service through Groupon, which is always a little nerve-wracking. I've used a different service for air duct cleaning before, and they tend to upsell you a lot. The two technicians who came out—one named Jessie—went above and beyond; they seemed very thorough in their cleaning, and they were friendly and professional. We received excellent service at a great price. I would return to them even without a Groupon!

We did the brush cleaning, plus we added cleaning our furnace and our dryer at a great bundled deal.

I explained the issues our fireplace was having to the service techs. They confidently claimed replacing one part would fix the issues. After replacing the part and reassembling, the pilot light started flickering in a way they claimed they had never seen a pilot light flicker before. They then said they needed to replace a completely different part to fix the issues, double the price they originally quoted would fix the original issues. I did not like this and went upstairs to consult with my wife. After several minutes I came back downstairs and the technicians claimed the pilot light issue miraculously resolved all by itself. They said my original issues had been repaired. I paid their original quote, but less than 24 hours later the original issue returned. My attempts to reach the company by email to resolve the situation have all gone unanswered. It is disappointing, I am very unsatisfied with the customer service of this company and do not trust them to perform maintenance on my fireplace going forward.

The two technicians who came out to clean my air ducts and do the furnace tune up were great! Kyle and Jesse. They were quick, efficient, and took the time to explain things I didn’t know about my house. I really appreciated their professionalism and the knowledge they shared. They parked at the back of the house to get good access to the furnace which was smart thinking. Highly recommend and will book again every year.

We had a fantastic experience with Anderson's Mechanical Services for our air duct cleaning in Blaine, MN. After calling around to four different companies, Anderson's offered the most competitive price by far — and the service exceeded expectations. The two technicians were polite, considerate, and went above and beyond. Not only did they do a thorough job with the duct cleaning, but they also took time to inspect our other HVAC components and offered helpful, no-pressure advice. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about doing things right. I genuinely believe they delivered the best outcome we could have hoped for. I’ll absolutely continue using them for duct cleaning and will strongly consider them first for any future heating or air needs.

Aaron was the tech. who inspected and repaired our gas fireplace stove. He was honest, efficient and knowledgeable, and left our unit in good working order. I booked the appointment on a Sunday and was able to get an appointment the very next day. Prior to that, we had contacted several other companies who were either booked out 2+ weeks or unable to provide repair services for our unit. Anderson's Mechanical's prices are comparable and all prices and service details were provided up-front. I will definitely consider utilizing their services for HVAC as well should we need an inspection and/or repair.

I was able to schedule the inspection very quickly. They reviewed the work that would be needed in an easy to understand manner. They also explained the importance of making the repairs for safety, to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. I was able to schedule the repair soon after the inspection. In a very snowy day they came and made the repair efficiently. They were respectful of my home and cleaned the area after the work was completed. It was noted that my switch should be replaced. Rather than an additional charge, they recommended I do the repair myself. I would strongly recommend this company.

I had my air ducts, dryer vents and furnace cleaned after a major remodel. Everyone from the office staff to the actual technician was great. Aaron, the tech, was delightful. So friendly and respectful of property. Suggested things, explained why he thought they were necessary, but was not pushy. And everything he suggested was great. Excellent value for the price. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Aaron and Pete did a fantastic job. They had to replace the equipment of our 35-year-old SpacePak SDHV A/C system, which also meant a couple things had to be added or adjusted, from wear-out, updated codes, etc.

They were professional, pleasant, and efficent, and we're loving the return of cold air through the vents.

We bid out four companies for a furnace & AC replacement: two big and two small. We really enjoyed working with Dan on the bid, as he was very knowledgeable, genuine, and acted in our interests. Being a smaller company, Ideal Air has cost advantages to the bigger companies, but also service and response disadvantages. However, going off concern that would outweigh their expertise and advisory. We also had a neighbor recommend Ideal Air and Dan’s service.

The install was scheduled within a week, but we also were not in a rush and ordered a premium system that was not on the shelf. Installing the system took a full day, the installation crew were very courteous and careful with moving the old units out and new units in. Some of their knowledge over the thermostat was limited, but they worked through and the system is running well. We had a minor installation issue within a week after with the condensate pump. Dan sent out a tech right away to fix. It was not an installation error, but rather a manufacturing defect. The repair was fixed same day. The tech, Nate, was very kind, helpful, and thorough.

All in all, very happy to work with Ideal Air and would recommend.

Install of new furnace and air-conditioning unit, to replace a 1977 furnace. No small feat, but it was quoted incredibly competitively, quick scheduling to get it done, and the installers were very considerate for an all day job. While the doggos were locked up, that cats were not constrained all day, and as I worked from home I was never intending to eavesdrop but they were never loud (other than necessary construction) and were very cognizant of (sliding glass) doors being open closed specifically for the sake of the cats, to which I hadn't even stressed that being a major factor, rather I had just mentioned it in passing.

Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained a lot of things to me. I didn’t know about my furnace.

Our central air went down on the fourth of July holiday weekend and I called the company that installed the unit and they did not answer. Then I called Ideal Air and was able to speak to someone and schedule an appointment. They were able to come out and quickly diagnose the issue. They were able to locate part I needed, which unfortunately was 900 miles away. They were able to have the part shipped and installed in a couple of days. Thank you Ideal Air (Rich and Dan) for getting our air conditioner up and running as fast as you could during the hottest weather to date this year! I would highly recommend Ideal Air!
