Linda always responds promptly with a positive “can do” demeanor to handle the wide variety of emergencies that occur at the Senior Living Campuses that are under my umbrella to manage.
Linda is wonderful with our Senior Residents as she takes time to explain in detail how the cleanup process will be completed to help make the best of the emergency at hand usually water damage related. Making the best of a bad situation is what we have grown to appreciate with Linda.
Linda has trained her TEAM to uphold the same level of service our Maintenance & Housekeeping TEAM provide to our Senior Residents.
Linda’s experience combined with her extensive knowledge gives my staff comfort to know she can handle taking care of the variety of water damage related emergencies we experience. Linda’s consistent follow-up combined with providing prompt and detailed service is something we truly appreciate. I was disappointed with service. I had ServePro to my house. The guy just ghosted me . He said he would send the ticket along to his fulfillment team. It’s been a month.

Linda and her team were excellent when I had damage from an ice dam. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and they were responsive when contacted. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

This review is for the Minnetonka office. Water removal and drying was great. However, DO NOT USE this company for reconstruction. They will not even schedule your reconstruction unless you pay up front. It took 3 months for a simple reconstruction job in one room of my lower level. This office has a lack of communication with the client. I needed my carpet to match the rest of my carpet in the lower level. They said they could not get it and even though I told them where it was available, they charged me for a change order because they only use certain vendors. I had to order carpet myself and have it installed by my recommended company. They did not match my baseboard color and used pieces poorly spliced together rather than one long piece as it was originally. Workers didn’t show up when expected. I made them do it over properly and I was charged additional money. The whole project for 2 lower half walls in one room took 3 months for completion. I received 2 final email bills for different amounts at the same time. Again, water cleanup was great, but do not use for restoration.

We had a great experience with Servpro after our recent flood. Isaac, Brian, and Felipe did an incredible job with the cleanup. They are punctual always avaliable when you need and extremely thorough in making sure everything was dried out properly. Thanks for the hard work, guys! We appreciate you!

Isaac, Mike and Alexis were wonderful! They were professional and respectful of my mother's home. Our quote for water cleanup, carpet removal and restoration came very quickly and the team arrived within hours. It is such a relief to have this awful basement flood cleaned up! They try to charge $100 for estimates.

Not super impressed. Had them out to inspect a vent. Did not really find the problem with any certainty. They recommended to perform work that may or may not fix the issue and then quoted over $600 to caulk one vent on the roof - maybe a 15-20 min job at most. So over $600 to do 20min of work that may or may not fix the issue...

I was very awestruck with Regan Duct Cleaning & Attic Insulation! There was great communication throughout the job, the service was prompt and professional, and they did a wonderful job. These guys are honest and hardworking, which is not so easy to find! I highly recommend working with them!

Today, Regan Duct Cleaning & Attic Insulation cleaned our vents. I was pleasantly pleased. Two techs arrived and they were very friendly, and explained the process. We walked around the home and located the vents, and they immediately went to work. I was amazed with the equipment and was impressed with the before and after. The vents were so clean, and the Thyme oil made the house smell really nice. They did not leave a mess at all! They wore booties over their shoes, and were careful with the furnishings in my home. I definitely, and highly recommend Regan Duct Cleaning & Attic Insulation to clean your vents.
