Had some small fire damage in my garage. Service Restoration helped bring it back to its original state. I dealt mostly with Enrique S. He was very nice and professional. I would call these guys again.

We had a pretty extensive water leak from our dishwasher that required our entire kitchen to be ripped out. It’s was completely overwhelming but the service restoration team was on it. From day one they walked us through the entire process and made sure we were taken care of. Our project manager Matt Lulic was amazing throughout the rebuild process and communication was excellent. There wasn’t a single point I didn’t know what was happening. Also I want to give out shout out to our mitigation coordinator Erika Wickre and our rebuild coordinator Jocelyn Reiter. Both of these ladies worked tirelessly making sure the insurance process was seamless. The whole team took a crappy situation and made it less crappy. Will absolutely be recommending to all our friends and family.

Enrique was very helpful and polite. He provided me with a ton of information throughout the process. 10/10 recommend. He even did well with my 60lb pitty who is scared of men.

We recently had a situation at our home that required a repair. I reached out to Service Restoration, Rachel explained the process, and she had people out to my home that same day. While here, the team showed care for my situation while being efficient with the repair. Thank you!

On the evening of December 25th 2021, our families had gotten together and at about 8pm it was noticed that the lower level of my parents’ house had very wet carpeting. After quickly assessing the cause of a lot of water, we shut off the main line into the house and began cleaning up with wet/dry vacs and moving a lot of items to an area that the water had not spread to.
Once we figured that the amount of water was too much, we contacted our insurance company (State Farm) and they pointed us to Service Restoration. Service Restoration had someone at the house Christmas Day night about 10:30 pm and he did a quick assessment of the situation and by midnight Service Restoration had a crew there, removing soaked carpeting, cutting sheetrock and dehumidifiers humming right away to begin to dry things out.

Fast forward a few days and not only did Aaron have every portion of the restoration setup, but because my mother was in home hospice, Aaron was able to put his guys in a holding pattern so that mom could have her final days in quite surroundings and her family by her side. Aaron and his team have a great bedside manner and come from a place of understanding, not just being about business.

Once possible to begin work, Aaron was on top of things, always keeping the family in the loop of each and every step. Even though it was not needed, Service Restoration would follow up with us every week to make sure things were going as planned with Aaron and his people. That was always a quick call as I did not have any concerns about any of the work that was being done.

If you have a choice in who can help rebuild a loss of your home, I would not hesitate to contact Service Restoration. If you are lucky enough to have Aaron running the show, you will not be disappointed!

Charles with Service Restoration was very kind, and attentive. He was able to carefully walk me through the mitigation process as well as answer any questions or concerns that I had! I will be recommending them to friends or family in the future.

Kenny and Blair were great, very professional. We had some flooding from our sump pump that damaged our floors and drywall. They cleared out everything affected, listened to our concerns and got the demo done, treated for mildew and left fans to run for a couple of days. Will definitely reach out to Service Restoration if needed in the future.

They were all very professional and pleasant to work with. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied, and did all the work with my insurance to make sure it was a smooth experience for me. I have chosen Service Restoration as my remodeling service based on this positive experience and will review that once it has been completed.

Update:
Service Restoration did remodeling work in my laundry room and also replaced my wood kitchen/dining room floors, and I’m very pleased with the the results. Every single person involved was friendly and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more strongly.

We love Service Restoration! They are incredible at the work they do, and they also do great work in their community. I work at a local youth serving non-profit, and Service Restoration allows our students to come tour to see what it's like to work in the restoration industry. The students always have an amazing time touring, and Rachel from SR sets up cool hands-on activities for them to participate in. SR also comes to our nonprofit and does mock job interviews! It's awesome to see a local business investing in the education and future of the young people in our community.

I was working with Ryan Lundy from Service Restoration on some water issues in my basement that was very unexpected. This was something he ensured I had the proper service needed, quality work, and overall was very helpful when answering all my questions regarding the work that needed to be done. Top notch company and customer service all around!

Service Restoration is an excellent company to work with. Had some water damage and used them to rebuild my home. Overall great experience! Rebuild estimator Wyatt and Rebuild PM Adam are great to work with. They helped me deal with my insurance adjuster who was super difficult and not exactly the easiest to deal with. Appreciate all the assistance and couldn't ask for a better company. :)
