Les Jones Roofing was responsive to our requests; the crew was respectful to our property; and the cleanup was excellent.

I contacted them for a quote on my garage roof. I was told the estimator would be out in a couple of days, after a week of no contact I called back and left a message. Two days later the estimator called me and said he would be by the following day. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. In that time I received three quotes from other roofing contractors.

Lee Jones Roofing is currently replacing all the townhouse in our HOA (and as such I had no say in the selection of roofing company). That being said if I ever personally had to select a roofing company I would NEVER EVER pick Lee Jones Roofing. There were so many things wrong with this company. The workers themselves are disrespectful to the occupants of the homes and to the actual property itself. When the workers were redoing the roof on our townhouse, my husband came home from work and as he was walking to the front door of HIS HOME the workers yelled at him "Hey, what are you doing??" in a very rude and disrespectful tone. And as they are working on the roof, they leave a GIANT mess everywhere and I had to watch where I was stepping so as not to step on the DOZENS of nails that were littered all over my sidewalk and property. And when the workers were "done" for the day they would leave shingles and nails everywhere on my property. They are currently working on a town home two doors down and I still have shingles, nails and bags littered around my property. It also takes this company more than 1 day to complete a small town home roof, I can't even imagine how long it would take them to redo a roof on a regular sized house. Long story short, no matter the cheap deal you might get, this company is AWFUL. KEEP LOOKING.

Was experiencing leaking roof (right over my bed). They were very responsive, though they did not solve the issue on their first attempt. Would have been one star, but we were able to negotiate a deal on a second trip, which repaired the roof satisfactorily.

Les Jones Roofing did part of my commercial roof last year. It was a big project. I am very satisfied with the roof. This is a mechanical business. Things don't always go perfect, but I can say that they were on top of the job and handled everything professionally.

Les Jones Roofing made a service call to a home I own and were very professional. They arrived on time and fixed the area around an air vent. Haven't had one drop of water since. I highly recommend Les Jones Roofing for any project - big or small.

In April 2017 Les Jones Roofing, Inc replaced the old existing cedar shingled roofs of our Whitefish Lake property’s two main cabins, and out buildings with new cedar shingles.

Afterwords I could not even tell the crew had been there, except for the obvious fact of our new roofs.

I have a colonial style home in the Como Park neighborhood in St Paul. The veranda over the front entryway needed the roofing surface replaced. The curvature of this surface created a special challenge. Les Jones did a remarkable job of presenting different metal and seaming options. The choice was made for 20 oz copper with standing seams. The outcome was spectacular in both function and appearance. I am very happy with the quality, experience and professionalism that Les Jones Roofing brought to this project.

Les Jones put a new cedar shake roof on our home in Edina in 2014. The sales person, the project coordinator and the installation crew did a great job. I would give them a five star rating if they had done a better job cleaning up the job site. There does not seem to be a day, even 11 months later, I do not remove a piece of construction debris from my yard. That being said they were consummate professionals from start to finish and the finished project certainly meets out expectations and looks great..

Les Jones repaired the slate tile roof on our 1929 year house in South Minneapolis. There are only a few companies in the area that work on slate tile roofs.They provided an estimate of about 2 days of work; and they called us a day before they were coming to help us know the work would be started the following day. They completed work over two days (with a 2 man crew). We then were told the repairs were completed. When we had a chance to inspect with our drone, we found that about half of the roof was not even repaired. We provided the video as evidence that there was still work that needed to be completed. They were able to come out a week later to finish the job over 1 day. Under many of the tiles, they installed copper plates instead of installing new slate tiles. The copper will patina over time and blend in with the roof but we were very surprised to see the copper. Our three star review mostly comes from that our repair was well over the budgeted estimate (as it was a time and materials contract) and the fact that we had to inspect the roof with our drone to find that there was work that was not completed.

Les Jones roofing was professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Dan Nitti, our project manager, was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly to our satisfaction and his. The roofing team was polite, answered any questions we had, were considerate and did an extremely thorough job cleaning up.

I have had many bad experiences with contractors. My experience with the Les Jones Roofing crew was not one of them. They were timely, polite, engaged in the work, and meticulous about detail. They even did a good job of cleaning up. I highly recommend this contractor.

Quality and truth in work. I cannot say enough good things about working with Les Jones, especially after having worked with two other contractors. Les Jones was honest and did not promise something they could not deliver. They did a great job with clear communication throughout the project. Knowing my hope to restore as much of the original look as possible, they helped us find a product that would most closely match the original look of our barn and outbuilding. I have a large home with a complicated roof line, and a new roof isn't cheap ($25,000). So, it was important that we use a firm in which we have the highest level of trust. Les Jones has earned that trust and has re-earned it with every new job that they have done for our family.

All in all, in my opinion, one cannot go wrong in having Les Jones install your new roof or handle service needs that may arise.

Large roof replacement on contemporary house. Worked with Jeff Anderson who was a consummate pro and all around nice guy. Knowledgeable- he steered us in the right direction on some complicated decisions. I toured the company’s impressive facilities-and met the owner Les Jones (who has been in the business forever) and has a well earned reputation for running a top tier firm. Job was done on time, on budget. These guys are good at what they do.
