One of their drivers cut me off, then proceeded to break check me not too smart with your company name on the side of the vehicle. The license plate number of the vehicle was JMM185. Highly recommend not using these people because if they can’t act professional on the road, they probably can’t act professional in your home or your business guy thought it was funny after I told him I was calling him in

The difference is other low voltage companies charge obscene amounts and are pushing more than one needs. Zach is amazingly accommodating and intelligent. Stay away from others and use Phase for all your needs.

Sales was unresponsive after I tried three times calling, leaving both voice messages and talking to the front desk. I never got a reply back from Pat the sales rep. The work on our new home has been good. Regarding customer service and follow up, I would not recommend. Product is only half of the package, so buyer beware.

Zack has a long term working relationship with his crew and our project went like clock work. As work started it also became obvious that workmanship was their top priority. Phase did a wonderful job with the electrical in our new home build. We also had them come back to add some dimmers and mount the TV we purchased through them. Zack was wonderful to work with. So knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy with the TV and dimmers we had installed. Bobby was so patient helping me set up and learn how to operate the new Smart technology.

Phase Electric did the electrical work on a new home build. In addition, i purchased some TVs from them, a 5.1 in ceiling speaker system, and some alta labs access points and router. They did a good job with the equipment recommendations and a better job with the installation. They were quick, cleaned after themselves, and fast to order a new speaker as one arrived busted (not their fault). The pricing was fair and the process easy with a quality installation. Fully recommend.

Phase Electric was contracted to do all the electrical in my new house. Over the last 7-8 years I have had to replace/repair/ rewire almost every outlet and light switch they installed. My 9yo could have wired this house better. The most recent problem was the ground wire arced across the hot on a light switch in my garage, caused the breaker to fail very dramatically. I'm lucky the none of the wire or switch caught fire and thr AFCI did its job. Poor, poor quality work. I would love to post a photo to this review but for some reason I'm unable.

I had a great experience with South Side. I needed some fans and bathroom lighting installed. Cole was great to work with. Everything was installed perfectly and quickly.
