Our house came with a new furnace. It had been installed by Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning. We had an issue and they came right out in early hours of the morning. They promptly replaced a faulty part. I had an issue a month later and they were so great. They came to address the previous issue and were very personable and friendly. Both technicians were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Our furnace unfortunately stopped working. After 3 hours of looking for a good company to resolve our furnace issue we decided to go with Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning. Top notch organization to work with and Joel provided exceptional customer service. He was very nice, responsive and answered all our questions through the process! I am happy to say our furnace is working perfectly again. We would definitely use Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning again and recommend to anyone!

The technician came to our house sooner than he originally stated over the phone and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC and after about an hour it was working again.
