Installed our new furnace this second time around! First time was to repair our AC earlier this summer. Both times they didn't disappoint!! Highly recommend and trusted with great work and results!!!

I called cyber heating and cooling and I received the best service and a premium job for the right price. Our install took extra time and materials and he honored the original price. There are many reviews in the city of Bloomington for how hard he works and the quality job that they do and I was very impressed. If you need furnace, air conditioning service or anything along those lines he’s also going to help me with a remodel and installing a kitchen hood. I would recommend this team to anyone.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Cyber H&C. They explained everything leading up to installation and helped me through the Centepoint financing. I never would have been able to do this without financing. My new system is beautiful and high efficiency.
They showed up when they said they would, dealt with my new dog barking at them and thoroughly cleaned up everything.
If you need anything HVAC related this is the company to use. I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for an honest HVAC company, look no further. I can not say enough about Cyber Heating and Cooling. We had a larger company come out to inspect our furnace and I didn't have a good feeling about their findings. I emailed Cyber and they were out the same day and provided us with their honest opinion and it resulted in no repair at this time. This is a 5 star company and I will go to them every time!

Tom, Mitch, and their skilled technician delivered an exceptional job installing our new A/C unit. They were upfront and honest about the time required, estimating it would take a little over three hours, and they stuck to their word. What sets them apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction; when we noticed a loud vibrating noise post-installation, they promptly returned the very next day to address the issue. Their professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to ensuring our comfort make them a standout choice for any HVAC needs. We plan on getting an another duct installed by them and possible kitchen hood vent.

Our A/C stopped working unexpectedly, and we needed help fast. I left a message with Mitch at Cyber, and he got back to me promptly—within minutes! Not only that, but he said he could come out the same day to take a look. True to his word, the Cyber crew showed up quickly and had the issue diagnosed within 3 hours of my initial call.

They clearly explained our options: one repair option and two replacement options. They offered honest, straightforward advice about what they thought would be best, but never once pressured us into making a decision. That kind of integrity really stood out.

We decided to go with a full A/C replacement, and I was expecting a long wait to get it scheduled. To my surprise, they said they could be out in less than two days—and they were! The install went smoothly, and now everything is working perfectly.

5 Star from start to finish. Tom,Mitch and Leroy did an excellent job installing my new AC/ Furnace , humidifier and hot water heater. From the initial quote appointment and all the questions I kept coming up with,Tom answered my text fast and detailed and made sure I had a clear understanding of. Mitch was also great and the entire experience was wonderful! I had multiple quotes and my gut told me Tom and Mitch were the ones to go with! So glad I did! Highly recommend Cyber Heating and Cooling without hesitation!

I am a GM at a restaurant in Burnsville. We have multiple units and everyone of them had issues. We had about 3 years under our belt dealing with multiple companies coming out but never actually fixing the problem. We suffered in the winter and the summer. We recently got new owners and they wanted to get this all fixed. I called up cyber heating and cooling, they came out and had everything up and running like it should in a matter of 4 hours. They checked all the thermostats to make sure they were set at the right temp and running properly as well. Myself, my staff, and our customers are so grateful for them! I highly recommend!!!

Called them several times and they never returned our calls. The one time we did get through they said they would have a tech call us. They never called us back. Very poor communication with customers.

They contacted me soon after I requested an appointment and were able to find a slot within 2 days of my request. Mike was a great technician. He informed me what the problem was with my AC unit, told me how to fix it and even let me know that I would need to replace my unit in about two years. He was friendly knowledgeable about the products that their company offers and explained how to keep my unit performing at its best. Thanks for the amazing service!!

Outstanding installation!! Our water heater went out and our son did the research for us to find the best. One of team members did a fantastic installation job, as well as improved the ventilation system. Very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. I had a sticking gas valve and so Ryan from Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning came out, took a look and recommended a new valve. He was very professional, good in reasoning and gave me a nice quote. It was a good experience and Ryan really has a good business model and takes care of customers.
