I went into Johnstone Supply today for some advice and small parts. Scott helped me. I couldn't have asked for better help. Scott knew every answer to every question I had. I would absolutely recommend people go here. Thank you, Scott and Johnstone Supply.

The shipping dept. will stab you in the back. I am an indepentent courier, and I have been in good terms with this franchise, until now. I was loading cargo with a warehouse worker till we dropped a piece of equipment. He inspected it for damage, and then loaded into my van, assuming no damage had been done and things were all is well.
Couple days later, I got a call from my Parent Company saying they filed a complaint against me for damaging the goods, fine whatever, but also for "never helping load stuff into the vehicle".
This is what drove me here. To the fact that I actually helped and loaded stuff in the vehicle, and to the fact if there was a problem with me or something, the staff could address it to me, and maybe I can improve the situation, BUT nobody said anything.
They said they don't want me to come back. Fine. I apologized to them for my errors and if there was any wrongdoing. But I'm upset that they went straight to my company rather than talking to me first. We are humans; we make mistakes. We are adults; we can talk to each other.
For some, its upsetting, but as for me, an autistic person, it hurts. I would be happy to not come back after knowing that these people don't respect you for what you do and are.

Not really willing to help, Arrogant guys behind the counter make you feel like you’re stupid for asking a question he knows who he is big heavyset guy with the beard behind the counter acting like he’s something special customer service port nonexistent. I actually have no issue driving across town to the one in Minneapolis, where I’m always treated great. It was like an inconvenience for even walking in last week spent $2000 at the other one, but this guy can’t find my account

I hate having to do this, but the man I spoke with today was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I just asked if the general public was able to purchase a part and he said “look, we’re busy and don’t have time to deal with this or the general public.” And he was quite rude about it. Wanted to make sure management knows about it. Spoke with him around noon on 10/30/25. He could really use a reminder about how to talk to customers in a professional and respectful way.
