Great value and responsive service. I've used this company for almost 15 years. Their prices are generally ultra competitive and the owners are active in the running of the company. They do both installs and service of heating and air conditioning systems.

Great service and fair prices. They have been doing work for me for years. I have recommended them to many other customers. Airics is a family owned business and will stand behind their products. I have worked with other heating and HVAC contractors and continue to call Airics because I can trust them!

My experience was terrible! It took forever to get scheduled to fix my air conditioner and then when they finally came, they said nothing was wrong with it. It still didn't work so when I asked for another opinion, again it took forever for them to come and then they claimed a rodent was in it which was bull! I had another technician from another company come out and he fixed it without question and actually knew what he was doing. Oh- and both techs from Airics were crabby too! I will NEVER use this company again.

We had a last-minute emergency with our boiler circulator pump. Jason came out asap and quickly solved the problem. As a new homeowner, I appreciated that he also explained how to maintain the system so I would be able to fix it the next time.

Quality work at a fair price - couldn't be happier!

I have had Airic's dig me out of trouble a few times. Last winter my furnace went out during a 'polar vortex' and Airic's diagnosed and installed a new blower for me, very fast and efficient.

Last weekend I was in New Orleans and got a notification from my wifi thermostat (which Airic's helped me install) that my house dipped below 55. It was 0 out, I called Ryan from Airic's who had been to my house before. He was there on a Saturday within 45 minutes and had a new igniter installed. I was able to relax and enjoy vacation without coming home to frozen pipes. They have taken care of me and many of my neighbors, I would highly recommend.

Last August my neighbor had this company service their A/C unit. While doing so, this company damaged my A/C unit and will not take responsibility for their mess-up.
I came home to find these people standing over my unit claiming the heard noise coming from it. What I believe happen was they drop something in my unit(maybe a tool), they offered to fix it for free, and broke the coil in the unit. After so-called welding the coil back together and filling it Freon, I find out they burnt the outer covering to my unit and the coil leaked all the Freon out again where he broke it. Upon calling the company to find out what could they do to help me, I was sent out an incompetent person who did not do anything but told me he could take a $1,000.00 off of a new unit. I do not know how some people can live with themselves. Being dishonest and vandalizing other peoples property and think they can get away with these kind of things. Do these people honestly think I would let them provide a service for me after what they have done. My unit was not even that old and now I have to purchase another one because they are incompetent. I would also like to say the owner knew exactly who I was when I called, "I guess they don't break a/c everyday", and after his fake serviceman came, he stop taking my calls.
I will be filing a civil suit against these people. Not so much for the money, just the principal. These people have no integrity. I wish I had called the police when this first happened. These people are vandals.

Wanted to be paid before the job was finished.
Outside work looked terrible and could see light coming into the basement from the over sized hole.
I am one to give praise when a job is done well. This was one problem after another

I have had Airic's service my AC a handful of times over the years, and have always received quick, friendly, and professional service. Now that I will need to replace my AC unit before next spring, Airic's will be doing that for me also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We contacted Airic's Heating last summer when our AC unit stopped cooling. We contacted several other companies that we well reviewed by Google and Home Advisor at the same time. Airic's was the only company that would come out the same day after hours for no extra charge (it was 95 degrees out, so other companies knew that we were desperate). He informed us that there was a substantial crack and that he would add Freon if we wanted him to, but that it may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit (Lennox AC and furnace system - both 18 years old). He was right, two days later the house was hot again. Adam explained to us that in order for a new AC unit to perform correctly, a new furnace was also needed. The old furnaces are too large to allow for a big enough coil system to be installed above it - to move the air efficiently thru our home. Different parts on our furnace had been replaced over the past 5 years, with everyone telling us it was on its last leg. So we made the decision to move forward with replacing both, but only after getting the exact same feedback from two other local companies - one of which was the Costco preferred provider - whose bid was 20% higher than Airic's.

Adam and team completed the work efficiently and effectively for less than their bid. They were extremely professional and everyone on the team was respectful to our home and family. Two weeks after this install, my mother's AC stopped cooling. Adam came to her home on Saturday, even though I think he was not working that day, and took care of her for no additional weekend rate. She also had a crack in her AC unit, which is about 20 years old. He gave her the same info that I got - that it may or may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit. Her Freon held. I am sure it will give out down the road, and when it does, we will be calling Airic's back.

Adam has assisted us with an additional repair in our home since this occurred that was not really within their realm. I am so confident in this company, that I left the door open for him to come and go as needed. I have never done that for any other repair company. These guys are great!! I will refer any friend to them with no hesitation!!

I give Airic's the highest recommendation! Last year, they installed a ductless AC/heating unit and condenser in one room of my house. Recently,I noticed the condensation draining system (that could have been due to the way the contractor installed the pipes in the ceiling, who knows) but, unlike any other company these days, they didn't leave me high and dry but immediately came out and fixed the problem by installing an extra pump. 5 stars for Airic's!

Had center point come out and tell me that my boiler was not going to make it through the winter. so i looked around and got a hold of Airic's Heating. they came out right away to inspect my boiler and gave me quotes and were able to replace with a new boiler right away!! best company out there in the south metro! Joel Their technician did a great job and was very informative.

I had a very complicated heating situation converting all electric base board heat to forced air.
Airic's did an amazing job on sizing the furnace/AC unit as well as creatively installing hundreds of feet of duct work. The house temp is very well balanced on heat and ac and I feel that I received a great value for the work performed.

Went thru Center Point Energy to replace my furnace. because I have their Home Service Plus Insurance, and have been with them for 30 years. They sent out a subcontractor Airic's Heating. The guy who installed the furnace was a great guy, and very knowledgeable. After installing the furnace and having me sign off on the paperwork, he said that I would be getting information to call for an inspection. He said make sure you follow-up on that, or Center Point and Airic will both be hounding you about it. Well I had the furnace installed on November 2nd of this year, and a month later still no information. I called Airic's and spoke to some girl there and she said she would send me out the paperwork. Well over a week and a half later still nothing. I finally called Center Point Energy and complained to them about the lousy follow-up by Airic's. Center Point was able to get the information I needed to call the inspectors. No follow-up with Airic's all they want is to installed the product, and move on. I'm very surprised that Center Point doesn't do better background checks to find out who they are hiring to do the subcontracting . I'm now really under impressed with Center Point, and will write to the CEO and let him know about what type of subcontractors they're using

They were the contractor for a double ac install through centerpoint energy. Not only did they incorrectly wire both ac units but just as today 7 months later i had to have centerpoint out to repair the boiler wiring because they miswired that as well. I wish i could say i was done with these people but i'm still trying to get service for water damage caused by their works when installing a faulty ac overflow hose from a few months back. The work has been awful but their lack of communication is even worse. numerous times i've been told they will contact me to schedule service but the call never comes.

I had Airic's come to my house to put in a gas line to my stove, which I was changing to gas from electric. They came out and did that, but needed to come back to finish the job after the inspection. Teresa from Airic's called the day the inspector was coming telling me I had to pay the balance of my bill. I explained to her several times that the job wasn't finished. Finally I just said I'd ask the inspector. The very next day after the job was finished, Teresa was on the phone again demanding payment. I have never had a company demand payment when the job was not complete, and then demand payment again the very next morning. Not good customer service in my opinion.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, Adam and Jason came out to my house to look at a furnace that I had acquired and spent about an hour diagnosing why it wouldn't work correctly. They came to the conclusion that it was no good but they got it going and could have charged me and told me to keep it but they were very honest and informed me that it would be nothing but problems in the future. We decided to go another route in this matter and I sure am glad that there is still some honest people out there !! Thanks Adam and Jason !!

These guys are extremely responsibly priced and know what they are doing. I had them come out on a weekend to help turn back on our furnace and they had it running within 10 minutes. They were a little delayed on when they said they would be there but they still showed up and got it done. Highly recommend and I will definitely call them next time I have an issue. Thanks!

We had the team from Airic's Heating out this spring to install a new furnace, humidifier, thermostat and AC unit. They were efficient from the moment we got a quote until we had our final AC inspection a few weeks ago. They answered every question we had, made sure the clean up every spot of mess that was made and even followed up with us regarding out city inspections. I can't recommend them enough!!

Mixed review. Called because we needed an a/c unit replaced. They showed up soon after, we're well informed, quoted a good price, and got the job. Installed quickly. Excellent!

Next I called about a new space heater for the garage. For as quick and easy as they were with the A/C, it's been totally the opposite with the heater. Took a long time to return the call, couldn't remember what we wanted, took a long time to arrive to measure, never received a quote. I called a couple of times to see what was up. Promised each time that they'd get back to me. Never have.

Heating and Cooling Two has been wonderful to work with since we moved here a year ago. We needed a new A/C and Heating system. We received great quality products at an affordable price. From the office team to the sales and installation teams they are very professional!
