Jon is a skilled man. He knew exactly how to repair my old trusty Waterman Waterbury furnace circa 1960. Installing a new gas valve and found my blower motor belt was about to break. The team showed up on time with a smile. Answered all my questions, installed everything, ensured it was working properly, walked me through the user guides, and cleaned up their workspace before they left. You could tell they had experience and knew exactly what they were doing. Even checked construction codes a few times to ensure our garage heater would pass an inspection. Will hire again!

Originally requested a PM on our AC and Furnace. The tech found issues with the heat exchanger and given that out system was >15 years old, it made more sense to look at getting a new setup. The tech just charged us the dispatch fee since it not longer made sense to perform the PMs. I got multiple bids and Bloomington Heating & Air had the best price plus we felt the most comfortable with them. The install was scheduled and performed quickly.
From maintenance to sales, scheduling to install, everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend this company!

Kudos to Ethan, Cody, Steve and everyone else at Bloomington Heating and Air. Our furnace wasn’t running properly , I called Monday morning and they were out before noon. We had a new exhaust pipe put in same day along with a small fix to a manufacturer hose and everything is working great. Thank you Bloomington heating and air.

We had a great experience with Bloomington Heating and Air! All staff we spoke with were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, the installation went great despite some brief setbacks that were handled professionally, and they even submit all of the rebates for new equipment.
Overall a very pleasant and easy process, would absolutely go to them again!
