Words don’t express - my ancient furnace went out during a cold snap and the inside temperatures reached 42°. Ethan, Steve, Kevin, and the rest were all super friendly and were able to get my heat back on with a new system. Would recommend them every time!

Cody took his time, answered all my questions and provided excellent service. Overall Bloomington Heating and Air really puts the customer first. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Our furnace was not working (due to a failing flame sensor) & they were able to quickly come within a day to fix it in the middle of winter. 5 stars for sure! We were freezing in our 54 degree home & are now much warmer!!!!!!!!!!! (My son is helping me write this review & insisted on 10 exclamation marks to denote 'yay!').

I had my furnace and air conditioning system replaced because of a cracked heat exchange in my old unit. I was impressed with the owner who came out and went through my options and showed me different price levels for the products. Scheduling was easy. The crew that came out to do the work was on time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’m very pleased with the new unit and the work that they did.

Cody was on time, polite, careful to wear shoe covers and gave us a heads up when he was 10 minutes away. He gave us info for the future which is valuable and answered all questions. We couldn’t be happier with his service today.

I would like to start off by saying that Scott Newgaard, the owner, is one of the nicest, most professional men, I have ever worked with. When my air conditioner broke down one very hot Saturday afternoon, Scott was the only HVAC repair man that would come out and help me. Scott diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained that my blower motor had burned out. Out of genuine kindness, and at no charge to me, Scott temporarily replaced my blown motor with a spare one he had available so I could have the AC running while I decided my options. Scott is a very low pressure salesperson so he took my through all my options from replacing the motor to investing in a new HVAC system. As the system was already approaching 20 years old, I had already planned to replace it. Scott's bid was not the lowest, but very competitive, and given the quality of customer service, I went with Scott. The installation was scheduled for two weeks out and when the day came for the new install, the 2 techs could not have been more professional and courteous. They started at approximately 8:00 am and were finished and cleaned up by 2:30pm - working straight through without a break. My city inspection was last week and everything went fine. I can't say enough about Scott and his people. Again, Scott and his folks are the best and I will continue to use Bloomington Heating & Air exclusively going forward for all my HVAC needs. We have had a wonderful experience so far working with Bloomington heating and air. We woke up to our furnace not running and were able to get a next day appointment. Cody was very personable and absolutely wonderful to work with, he came out and diagnosed the issue with our furnace and gave us very down to earth and professional recommendations on how to proceed. Unfortunately we need to replace the whole system, but we are looking forward to being able to continue working with their team!

I called for an estimate to install a heater , I got scheduled the same day, the technician visited the house , and evaluated the equipment and sent the estimate to my mail box ,I approved it the next day they installed the new heater it was very smooth transaction .
