Dylan came out yesterday and replaced my hot water heater that was something like 25 years old. Installed a Rheem commercial grade appliance. The cost and benefit questions were answered completely. The 18 month deferred interest plan was explained. The biggest challenge was getting a time to schedule the work. In my experience, Hero has excellent knowledgeable tradesmen that know their job. They have been a pleasure to have in my home. Thanks

Landon and Tristan were phenomenal! They were both extremely knowledgeable about the heating system and stressed the importance of how timely and intentional upkeep can maximize the lifespan of our new furnace (installed 1 year ago). As part of the maintenance visit, they captured photos of every element of the heating system, and as we reviewed each photo, they took the time to educate me on its importance, and what they look for. They covered their shoes when they entered my home, were respectful, and it didn't hurt that Landon was a T-Wolves fan! I couldn't have asked for better service!

We had a great experience with Jeff Super while replacing our hot water heater. Despite getting stuck in the winter weather, Jeff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. His dedication and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and we’re very grateful for his extra effort. Highly recommend Jeff to anyone in need of reliable, top-notch service.

Excellent service and arrived without much of a wait. Woke up to no heat on a COLD day but Brandon got us up and running again! He provided a detailed estimate with photos of the issues as well as potential future issues based on condition of some parts. Would definitely recommend!

Had great plumbing service from Anthony at Hero! We had a toilet that needed to be reseated. Anthony did a quick walk around and some testing and discovered that we had too much water pressure coming into the house and that may cause future problems. He had the equipment on hand to reduce the incoming water pressure from over 80 psi to the mid-60s psi. And of course he fixed the toilet and cleaned up well, which we've come to expect from Hero. That's why we keep going back to them when we need plumbing (and furnace) service.

Jake was absolutely the best electrician, very informative, very mindful, very nice and appreciated. He pointed out so many hazards in my home (As I’m a new homeowner of 5 years) that I was unaware of. I have 3 toddlers and my elderly mother to take care of, and Jake cared so much and was determined to get me and my kids home safe before he left because these were fire hazards, it’s an old home. I just appreciate great technicians that actually come out and do the job with a big heart. Thank you so much, it’s not cheap but these guys work makes it worth it so that you know your safer than before. Jake called his team of experts Dylan, and Nick, they were the best to come assist and was so informative worked in -0 weather to get the job done but better yet was concerned about our safety. I definitely recommend these guys because if they seen something they said something! Best team in the city. Be very mindful they spent 6 hours dedicated to my home. Look nowhere else!

My technician, Andrew was outstanding to work with! Timely, knowledgeable and fair. Andrew went over all of my options and answered all of my questions to enable me to make the smartest decision for my issue. The booking process was easy and I received text updates as to when my technician was 30 mins away. Overall satisfied with Hero.

Tech John Nelson arrived as promised 8Am-4pm within the 8 hour time slot/30 -60 min call ahead. John was able to access drain problem and give me a price quote. Choosing $1000 drain clean with high pressure hose/hot water. John was there around 1200-2:00pm 2/10/26.
I had called Hero Services at 800am they were unable to provide a price quote.
John cleared drain and removed water on floor from backed up drain. John left the basement and sink clean and was professional and courteous. Respectful of property and my time. My little dog was also impressed with his friendliness.
I received an invoice the following day for $900 , 10% discount for signing up for $13.00/month inspection of hvac/water heater.
The price of service was high and no coupons have been honored to date.
Hero services was recommended to me by a close friend who had heard good things about company.

Stan was great. Super friendly and helpful. He installed a new flood light on the side of our house, pulled out old phone wiring in the basement, and helped me re-label and organize the old circuit breaker we have. Would definitely recommend and work with him again!

John was extremely helpful and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. I was very impressed that he responded quickly and was prompt regarding his arrival and with answering my questions. He provided a reasonable quote but unfortunately it was outside of my current budget and thus decided to wait for now.
Based on my experience with John I would not hesitate to call Hero in the future. John was very understanding of my situation and did not try to pressure or upsell services…to management I would say that you have a great representative in John and an excellent plumber.

Hero plumbing has always treated us fairly and are very thorough. They are prompt and friendly. We have an older home that requires updating. Their prices are extremely fair. Austin was thorough and explained everything very clearly. He gave us prices up front, and as a follow-up, in a detailed email. We have never been pressured into completing any maintenance they recommended. You will not be disappointed by calling Hero Home Services.

I recently had a maintenance check on my furnace, and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The technician, Landon, was fantastic. He not only walked me through all the issues I was facing but also explained the different options available for addressing them.What I appreciated most was that he allowed me to watch as he worked on checking the furnace. This hands-on approach helped me understand all the components and the importance of maintenance tasks like blower cleaning and duct cleaning. Landon was professional, friendly, and generous with his time. I highly recommend his service and give him a solid five stars out of five!

Lasting impressions.

Hero - a couple of areas for improvement. First on following up on a complaint, and second for a driver to not drive across my lawn on their way to my neighbor's service call.

The first service person assured me over and over that I would get a follow up call within two days (probably sooner). Her tone and reassurance helped calm me down. Now after a week, I called in and heard that you did receive my email last Tuesday with videos and photos, and I am told you'll have the manager "talk with the driver".

I get what I take for common sense and common decency is not so common for others. 1.) follow up when you say you will and 2.) do not drive on someone's lawn while you are attempting a U-turn in the street. Tire tracks aside, impressions last.

No need to respond. I have looked at many of the 1 star reviews and the common theme is the "cut and paste" response. I get it, you're sorry for any inconvenience and your goal is excellent customer service. Just letting you know of the lasting impression you made with me. Hopefully others will be the benefactor of any changes you decide to implement.

Luke did an outstanding job. He thoroughly inspected my furnace, and clearly explained what needed attention. His professionalism and technical expertise were evident throughout the entire visit.
