From start to finish I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Eric!! Top notch guy - honest and friendly, fast and efficient. My home is toasty warm again just in time for winter.....which just started in MN (in the middle of October ugh). Don’t choose anyone else - go with Airic’s for your heating and cooling!!!!

Airic's crew installed a new 50 gallon HE water heater and carted away our old one. Brett and his partner worked efficiently, kept the entryway carpeting and work area clean. Brett also answered my questions about the calcification in the old unit and some things I should do with our new unit for better life. I appreciated the service, as we are having houseguests all summer!

Our furnace went out on an extremely cold day. We called Airic's Heating and they were out to diagnose and fix it the same day. We were extremely satisfied with the service and pricing. I've recommended them to friends and family who have also used them and been very satisfied.

December 2015: I got a new furnace installed and it was a very smooth process. I worked with Adam and Erik for sales and installation, respectively. The result was a quality furnace at a fair price. Pleasantly surprised by how efficient the installer was and how well he addressed all of my questions.

We had our boilers inspected and one of them was cracked and red tagged, the other we were told was on its way out. Finding this out so close to October was very stressful, because we had a very short time to get them replaced before winter. We had our boiler and our tenants boiler replaced by the Airic's team and they did a great job! Our old boilers were over 100 years old, so of course we ran into some issues, but nothing the Airic's team couldn't handle. We were really appreciative of them squeezing us into their busy schedule last minute and working around our schedules and our tenants schedules. Thank you again!

I had Airic's Heating replace my home's central AC in Minneapolis, MN. They were very friendly and flexible in scheduling an inspection. Their estimate was fair and accurate, and the work was performed with high quality. They even cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. I would totally recommend Airic's for anyone who needs heating or AC work.

Eric Wills and the rest of the staff were phenomenal to work with. Eric responded the same day we called when our air conditioner went out. They helped pick out the best air conditioner and furnace for our needs and at very reasonable price. Staff were knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We would highly recommend!

Airics did a fantastic job for us. We had to add a furnace for the basement because there was no heat at all. They works very well with us, planning and installing duct work and going the extra mile to get it done right. Everyone is friendly and considerate and they did a great job of keeping things tidy during the process. They are very knowledgeable and undaunted by some challenging spaces and always very helpful with any questions I had. I think they are great at what they do and very nice to boot!

Coming home from vacation to a broken AC during the hottest week of summer was not the greatest end to our trip. Called Airic’s and they were out the same day!!! Had us up and running in an hour. Mentioned our unit was nearing its lifespan but no pressure to purchase just helpful info to help us budget for the new units. Nice tech and great service. Will be our go to for our HVAC always!

I have had Airic's Heating install furnace and air in 2 separate homes I have owned. In both cases they did a great job and completed work as agreed upon. What I really liked after that was their prices were far lower than any of the other estimates I obtained. In addition I had a blower fan go out on one of the units and they took care of the issue quickly and at no cost to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had Airics swap out my Furnace and Air conditioner units from a 80% to a 98% in October. Was very impressed with their punctuality, clean work ethic (they took the time to lay protective pads when they bought the equipment in and when they hauled the old ones out so as not to drag dirt or damage my flooring).

Overall, have been pleasantly surprised with the results (both the savings and the installation) that without hesitation, I called them to replace my water heater as well. It has been an absolute positive experience right from the start to the finish.

I did shop around and did get estimates from the other top players in this field and these guys knew what they were doing without the added schmoozing or the BS. There was absolutely NO BS when Adam W came to do the estimates until the post install service. I would hire these guys again to do my other properties without any hesitation.

I have used Aircs's several times since purchasing my home in 2015. Most recently, I used them the summer of 2016 for several projects during a remodel. They installed a toe kick heater in my kitchen, the vent for my kitchen hood, two bathroom fans (that didn't exist before), a gas line for my new gas cooktop and moved my furnace vent stack over a couple of feet after a surprise discovery taking down a wall to have an open concept kitchen. Every time they did an excellent job. Seriously. When I got my bathroom inspected and the inspector asked who installed the vent I told him Airic's and he said "they do great work." Needless to say, this was good news to hear. All of their technicians have been courteous and well-trained. There was an instance where a tech didn't show, I called and found out he had been delayed at another job. After apologizing they said they would send someone out first thing the next day (a Saturday) and they did. Everything they have done in my home has been on point and I will certainly continue to give them my business. Their prices are fair and their work is quality. It is unfortunate to read some of the other comments, but all of my interactions with Airic's have been positive

We're finishing our basement. Airic's was responsive to our initial request, and came in at a great price. We were given suggestions of more affordable options, and aesthetic options than our original plan called for. They were flexible and on time for their scheduled appointments. Our duct work is working just great. If only for this, I would give them a 5. However, part of our plan called for a bathroom fan exhaust to be ran. I was quite surprised to see the shoddy job done on the exterior of my new home. It is a total eye sore. It was made with cheap, thin sheet metal, in line for the lawnmower to bump into and dent, and it was attached with the messiest caulk job I've ever seen in my life. The rest of my home has plastic exhausts with trim that are appealing. This eye sore was never discussed with us, and after a dozen attempts at contacting Airic's with no response - even the owner, himself - we're going to have to take this into our own hands and fix it ourselves. I only wish this review allowed images to attach of this embarrassment.

Airic’s boiler techs are always on time, courteous and helpful. Brett and Warren came out yesterday to fix a suspected boiler pipe leak. Even though it turned out not to be the boiler pipes, they helped me track down the source of the leak (the roof) so that I know who to call next. Their prices are good, too! I’m happy to know that I’ve got a great company to call when I need boiler maintenance.

We called Airics on Monday and they came out that same day to give us a free estimate. We were able to get a great deal on a Carrier unit that was installed 2 days later. Then we mentioned that we would want a new furnace but would wait until winter to replace. They called us the next day and said they have a Carrier furnace out of the box that was used for a photo shoot and could put in for another great deal the next day. I appreciate their honesty as I would have never known that it was taken out of the original box. My husband and I are very satisfied with their service and are thankful for them as we will finally have a cool house this summer. We will be recommending them to friends and family (we already have!).

As new homeowners, we were pleased with the service we received from Airic's Heating (the company that installed the existing furnace). When our gas was shut off due to a leak one evening, Airic's had someone at our door at 7am the next morning to fix it. They not only fixed the problem, but went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe and working properly. Thank you for the great service!

I had a furnace replaced by Airics in Spring 2018. I had 3 quotes and they come in the lowest bidder by about 25%, so it was a pretty significant savings. The install was quick and professional. The only issues were administrative, they scheduled the technician to do install on the wrong day but we were able to accommodate them. They forgot to follow=up and schedule a 2nd visit from an electrician to finish up a junction box they installed with the furnace. Also, they filled the natural gas rebate form out incorrectly, but once the issue was found they corrected it quickly and we got all of our rebates. I would still highly recommend them, but had to knock off a star for the administrative hassles.
Edit: Had more issues with the install that later cropped up. Fan speeds were improperly setup on AC.

Eric and team at Airics’s did an outstanding job!!! Eric arrived promptly after my request, made some great recommendations, returned a quote with a great price, and installed a new ac and furnace quickly and cleanly. We upgraded to the top of the line Infinity system from Carrier, with zoning to balance temperature throughout the house. It’s working fantastic. Thanks Eric!! Great prices and high quality work!!!

Scott, Brett, and Charlie were a dream to work with. Our AC went out over the weekend and Scott came first thing to take a look at it. Unfortunately we needed a new motor for our very old unit. Scott went to multiple wholesalers for us to find one as quick as possible. Great guy. We actually ended up investing in a new unit. Brett and Charlie did a great job and were very professional during the installation. They installed the unit quickly and cleaned and hauled away the old materials. I highly recommend Airic's for any of your AC needs!

Airic's replaced our 30-year old furnace and AC this spring and did excellent work. They were professional, communicated everything clearly, and prices were very competitive. Even the city inspector was impressed with their work! I enjoyed working with Robert in Sales - he answered all my questions during the quote process and installation, was quick to reply to emails, and provided great advice for using our new thermostat.

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and responsiveness I received from Airic's Heating today. First, my initial phone call was more than welcomed by Pete and he went above and beyond to get my appointment arranged as soon as possible. Secondly, Dan (technician) arrived at our home on time and was nothing but polite and helpful. Dan asked me a few questions and off to work he went, 40 minutes later my air conditioner was up and running and I had an invoice mailed out to me the same day. Finally, I couldn't imagine anyone providing better service, the pricing was more than reasonable and the service was top notched! I'm done working with my CenterPoint Energy Services Plus Program, not only did they fail to meet a reasonable response time, they thought waiting eight business days for my service call was a reasonable expectation. Folks, give Airic's Heating a chance, you won't be disappointed. I'm a customer for life!
