Affordable, fast and quality work! Installed a new hood range, and relocated a vent for our new kitchen. The work was done in a couple of hours and seemingly perfect. I definitely found my new HVAC team.

We had our AC go out on July 2nd…we have home plus, they scheduled us for the following Tuesday to come out. I reached out to Cyber heating and cooling for help and they were at the house in less than 20 mins. About 5 mins later they had identified and fixed the problem!! Great work and super service. Cyber Heating and Cooling came out on July 4th when my AC went out, and they delivered exactly what you hope for in a contractor. They showed up when they said they would, clearly explained what they were doing, and walked me through what they believed the issue was and why.

A few days later, when I noticed a minor issue still lingering, I let them know and without hesitation, they came back out. They identified a separate problem with some equipment settings, fixed it on the spot, and then double-checked everything to make sure the system was fully operational.

What really stood out was their integrity. During that second visit, they could have easily pushed unnecessary replacements, or tried to upsell me on something I didn’t needbut they didn’t. They were professional, honest, and thorough throughout.

It’s rare to find contractors who are both reliable and trustworthy. Cyber Heating and Cooling absolutely delivered, and I’ll be using them for any HVAC needs going forward.

The other day I tried to turn on the AC and my compressor failed to turn on. They showed up fast, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed in no time. Super affordable and professional service. Highly recommend them if you want reliable work at a great price.

I had these guys out many times, most recently guys came out to relocate an air-conditioning unit so we could add a sliding glass door. Ended up having the unit replaced because it was definitely time and everything went smooth as possible. Thomas had recommended an alternative option to save some money and everything‘s worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I recently moved into a house that did not have A/C, I shopped around for a couple of quotes and that’s when I found Cyber Heating and Cooling.

They came straight to my new house for a in person consultation, and they did not disappoint! From the professional experience of what I needed with my older house, to the perfect suggestion of what a/c unit would best to serve my needs, to being over the hill friendly with my big nervous dog, too having some of the best prices I could find hand down.

These guys are the best! They have helped me a couple times now with different plumbing issues in my older home. Most recently I had a leak somewhere that I wasn't able to locate and it flooded my basement, I called these guys at 8am and they were at my house within an hour to help me out. They were able to quickly determine where the leak was coming from and fixed it with their specialty equipment. On top of excellent/friendly service, they are also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for HVAC needs.

We hired Cyber heating and cooling to replace a 20 year old a/c and furnace as well as adding a home humidifier. They came recommended by one of my children’s teachers. The moment they walked in, I felt comfortable about their knowledge, experience and overall, just very kind people. I even had them look at our oven vent to verify it was working correctly (it was, just needs to be cleaned!). The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful and we would use them and recommend them again. These guys have tons of experience, and know their stuff. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an A/C, furnace, home humidifier, etc.

We thought we were smelling a freon leak so we shut off the A/C. Asked around for recommendations and several friends recommended Cyber. I called them in the late afternoon and they were here before lunch the next day. They inspected our A/C and gave us confidence that it wasn't a coolant leak or an issue with the A/C. They recommended getting the ducts cleaned which we will do next. They were super nice and helpful, will be calling them again the next time we have heating or cooling issues!

I was searching for a trustworthy, local company for my heating and cooling needs, as I had yet to find one since moving into my house. This is an amazing, hardworking local company that I highly recommend. I thought my AC unit was leaking refrigerant and contacted them to schedule service. They came out and correctly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a bad capacitor. They took the time to explain the issue and fix, and took care of it.

Great friendly service, great communication, honest, trustworthy, and fairly priced. I will be giving them my business going forward.

They were able to replace my AC unit and coil and get my air conditioner back up and running!
