Wally’s Home Services did an absolutely outstanding job with our window washing, and the quality of their work was exceptional from start to finish. Our windows have never looked better; crystal clear, streak free, and handled with great care and professionalism. What truly sets Wally’s apart, though, is how far they’re willing to go for their customers. They went far above and beyond for us when we asked if they could use their long poles to get rid of a lodged piece of garbage high up in one of our very tall, mature trees. What could have easily been brushed off as “too difficult” or “not our problem” was instead met with persistence, creativity, and a lot of determination (and, honestly, more than a little headache!). They stuck with it and successfully removed the debris, helping protect the health of the tree. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such high quality work while also genuinely caring about doing the right thing. Wally’s Home Services exemplifies professionalism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality window washing and a team that truly goes the extra mile.

We had our windows washed inside and out, with some very high windows. The crew was excellent- friendly, meticulous and thorough. No smudges, screens and sills were wiped down, and all screens were properly reseated. We will definitely hire them again!
