Very thorough and careful not to scratch the trim in any rooms. The technician discovered our dryer vent was connected using zip ties and reconnected everything with hose clamps for no cost.

After 4 years in our townhome, we finally decided to get the carpets professionally cleaned. I’d been using our Bissell here and there, but it just wasn’t cutting it anymore. We called a few places for quotes and ended up going with C&J Services. Chris came out, gave us a fair and reasonable estimate (actually lower than some of the other companies I called), and booked us in.
Wow—what a difference! Chris did an absolutely fantastic job. I had no idea how much trapped dust, pet hair, and plain old grime was hiding in those carpets. Seriously… YUCK! They look and feel brand new again, and the whole house smells fresh (without any overpowering chemical smell).

Chris O. with C&J Services Inc. really came through for me. I have been helping a friend who became ill and their home deteriorated fast. For half a year I have been having companies come and try to get the flooring fixed and horrible smell from this home. No one has been able to fix things even at sky high prices. Great service, communication and cleanup after the service. We’ll sleep better knowing our duct work on HVAC and dryer is clean. The dryer vent tube had become unhooked from dryer and the technician cleaned and reattached the tube.
