We paid 200 bucks for 3 applications. They showed up on first application (obviously to get the full payment upfront), weeds started showing up in a week, called them as they had promised for reapplying if weeds show up within 2 weeks. They just didn’t show up after that. Not even for the remainder of the 2 applications that I already paid for upfront. When we call them all their customer service does is apologize and promise to get us on their next schedule which never happens. I emailed their customer service for refund and as expected no response. Worst company ever.

Signed up weeks ago for my new house on the great recommendations of several neighbors. Could never get them to confirm when they would come. At one point they stated that they would be here in 24-48 hours and it was over a week before they came to my neighborhood. They then told me they wouldn’t do my yard because of a landscaping crew working in the dirt behind my house. I explained that that part of the property didn’t need a treatment and they said they would call the driver back to let them know. The driver finished a neighbors yard and drove right past me in my driveway. They didn’t return that day. I have now called and emailed requesting to cancel all service and refund me as I have lost over a month to this clown show. Still waiting on a reply.

On a positive note, I have had two companies treat my lawn before Naturescape as well as a few years of doing it myself. The Naturescape treatments have been the most weed free. In addition, the receptionist on the phone is very kind and customer friendly.

However, their follow through on their customer service is poor. After my first application, I requested a revisit as I was concerned with some weeds popping up in my lawn. They state that they "will take care of them [concerns] free of charge within 72 hours." They set an appointment with me but no one showed. I called back and was assured someone would come and no one did. No one ever came at my request.

When they came for the second treatment, the "certified and licensed specialist" killed my flowers. I called to complain and was told he isn't supposed to spray with in 2 feet of flower beds. The flower bed was clearly marked. When I complained further the manager told me to wait and see what would happen. Really!? What do you expect is going to happen?! They died!

Would I recommend Naturescape? Not without reservations. I like the results of the treatments so far. I don't like dealing with the company.

UPDATE: After writing this review, Naturescapes corporate contacted me and did everything they could to satisfy my concerns. I was compensated for the destroyed flowers.

Great experience so far this season.
Mowing, weed control, and aeration.
Everyone that has come out to the house has been kind and answered all my questions. They have taken the time to make everything look great.

Staff on the phone are not pushy about services and get things done quick.

Only negative is they do not have an autopay option.

Naturescape Lawn service is highly competitive in terms of pricing and quality. I recommend it.

I used this company for years for weed control. The service was above average at best for first few years but just continually declined over the years in every way possible. Their customer service is non existent and the quality of their work is awful. There is really no point in complaining as there is really nothing they will do nor do they care. Go elsewhere for weed control its amazing to me that anyone uses them. My own fault for continuing to use them hoping they would improve.

While the lawn looks good and mosquito treatments worked, the company's lack of communication with the customer leaves alot to be desired. They were to treat and wanted sprinkler heads marked, however the mowers were coming that same say. I thought Naturescape would call, text, or knock on the door so I could quickly put the markers out for them. Instead they just saw no markers and drove off. This was a prepaid service.

Worst service provider. I engaged naturescape this year for my yard. The agreement was for 5 application. They only applied 4 times. After the first application, which by any standards was very poor quality. You could not even smell the fertilizer even after 10 mins of application , i had to call the service 6 times to come for second application. They kept scheduling and never turned up. The second application however was better in terms of quality as i stayed out on my porch n deck while they applied. The 3rd n 4th were again very poor quality. I could see somebody applying on the front yard but they did not do anything on the backyard. Nobody to be seen on my backyard camera. Its been 3 weeks since they sent out the message for next application and no body has showed up.
I m regretting engaging this company. I would rather spend extra 100$ but get somebody who is not scamming you

I have been using Naturescape for the past several years. Their Customer Service is top notch. Naturescape does not hesitate to come back and re-apply fertilizer if you are not happy with application. Once again, Top Notch Service. Thank you Naturescape team!

We signed up for weed treatment and weekly lawn mowing in May for the Burnsville location. It's nearly middle of August and we've only had one weed treatment (out of 4), so the weeds are quite bad right now. The weekly lawn mowing should be every 7-10 days, but the last time they took 18 days and the time before that they took 16 days. Because the grass was so long, big stacks of dead grass were all over the yard. There were some piles with wet dirt underneath. It is time consuming to contact the office. Usually it's hard to get ahold of them by phone and they don't respond to emails within 1 business day. They don't have a way to notify you the day of mowing/lawn treatment.

I just moved into a house with tall grass and didn’t have a lawnmower yet. I called Nature Scape and Dillon promptly had a team member out to address my needs. They did a fabulous full job - cutting, edging, and blowing - which I didn’t expect. Dillon even stopped by to ensure everything was to expectations. Would highly recommend and plan to use again. I recently called Naturescape to request attention to some lawn issues I was having in my back yard. Upon submitting pictures of the issues (quack grass, weeds, etc), my next application was individually formulated to take care of the issues with my lawn. Within two weeks, my back yard looked amazing! I am so grateful for the excellent service and care I've gotten over the years from Naturescape. Highly recommend!

I have been fortunate enough to have Naturescape as my lawn service. The manager, Dillion, at the Burnsville office is wonderful. Last year, the aeration was done after a rainfall that gouged out one side of my front lawn. Dillion has been in contact with me making sure they follow through in fixing the lawn with added dirt, seeding, covering to ensure the seed grows. He continued to call to check to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything else Naturescape could do. The followthrough was something you don't see very often. I highly recommend Naturescape, their work, and their work ethic. Susan

Hired Naturescape this summer and their service was unacceptable. They were supposed to handle mowing and weed control and our lawn is the worst it has ever been! If you were spending your hard earned dollars for lawn care and your lawn looked like this what would you do?!

Technician always checks in on any needs and dies a great job.

We used them for two years. Helped our lawn from creeping Charlie last year. This year a disaster. They have scheduled treatments and then weekly weed treatments, but instead of coming out every week to treat weeds, we have to call. Then wait. And wait. And wait. They don't show and then conveniently time for another scheduled treatment. This year they never came for weeds once. The tipping point was last week, guy came out, left the slip on our door, drove off. Never applied treatment. We have a ring so we could see, plus I was home waiting for him to unlock the gate. Called and said he would come back end of day, never showed. Called again, said they would come back when available. Called again, said they would come back in 5 weeks. Seriously????!!!! I asked for a treatment now or a refund for the missed treatment. Or mistreatment rather! Do NOT go with this company. Terrible and dishonest.

We had a bad experience with the application of granular fertilizer. The tech didn't apply the required amount of product to our lawn. I contacted True Green and explained the situation. They sent another tech out a few days later, no charge. Very happy.

After one application about 3 weeks later almost all the weeds in my yard are completely gone...

Service person was very polite rang doorbell and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. Obviously the results of his efforts won’t be known right away.
