I called about a quote; their sales pitch is extremely aggressive and pressuring. We ended up going with a locally owned service at a cheaper rate. I received two calls from TruGreen the next morning aggressively asking what they could do to earn our business. The other company we went because they were very informative and understanding and when I said I needed to speak with my partner about the quote, they said they completely understood and would wait for a call back. Not this place - yikes.

Companies like these are a scam! We recently moved into a new home and realized the previous owner didn’t cancel their service. You would think the company would check in with the actual owner. Also the summary left at our front door goes over the products applied (total volume and SQFT). I checked our cameras, the Specialist barely sprayed the front yard and didn’t even go into the backyard. We know better than to use companies like these but what we witnessed today just proved, you’re paying for a scam!

The app is great and shows you right where they are and when they've arrived. They text ahead to let you know they're coming. We aren't 100% satisfied with the health of our yard, but have a dog who is part of the issue. My husband also doesn't like running the water system to water the yard all the time, which probably makes it get too dry and could be the issue.

It was raining very hard when the application was applied.
Was the application done in those conditions just wash away?
The man rang my doorbell, but I didn't get to the door in time to talk to him.

I was home and able to speak with the Lawn Specialist and mention my concerns. He was able to address the weed situation with broad leaf weed control mixed with fertilizer.

Tanner is a very knowledgeable individual. He is also genuinely concerned with providing quality service and it really shows. We discussed what the goal is for my yard and the necessary steps to get there. He explained the purpose of each scheduled spray and when grass seeding will take place. Trugreen Specialists Devin and Jessica just completed the aeration and top-seeding my lawn. Devin was especially attentive to my requests . Both worked together to do an outstanding job. What would take me all day to rent equipment, purchase product and perform the task took Devin and Jessica just one hour. It was definitely worth having the job done professionally. I could jot have done any better myself. Thanks Trugreen for a remarkable service.

I felt so bad for him, it was storming, he had rain pants and jacket on, horrible weather and he just kept working.

The specialist, David C., was prompt and courteous. He took the time to understand all of the issues I needed to have addressed throughout my lawn.

I Recently have had a horrendous growing of weeds on my property, but thanks to your technician Cornelius, he did an impeccable job of taking care of them and assuring the process of removing the weeds would do no damage to my lawn. My experience was 10's across the board with your technician! All the work was super professional, and I would definitely recommend this service to others!! Cael was pleasant and asked if I had any questions. He sprayed the trees and I'm sure he did a good job. He alerted me that I had a hose running very slowly, which I had forgotten about for several hours....so I appreciated that.

Technician was Outstanding- Checked in before he started, advised me on what was being done and checked in when finished and advised me of time frame before allowing dog outside and he was very cordial and polite.

Mitchell took my concerns very seriously and was determined to find a solution.
He was a very likable and helpful man.

The technician serviced my neighbor's yard last week. He drove through my yard in the process, destroying freshly planted grass. I called the company, and someone came out and looked at and agreed they caused the damage. This morning, the technician drove through my yard again. Through the same new dirt and grass. They don't care about doing the job right. They don't fix their mistakes. When you call to address a problem you get some random corporate person. Keep these people away from your yard.

Update: it has been 7 weeks and TruGreen has made no reasonable effort to make things right. I have suggested multiple solutions, but they don't do anything more than talk.

I got blown off by the first guy I talked to when after his throwing dollar figures around, I asked him to send me an email. He said that business was done only by phone or text and do I want to sign up now?Conversation went south from there... Later that day, I got called by 5 different people leaving only a voice-mail...
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER..

Tru Green is a good service if you can avoid the CALL CENTERS. I called the main number and placed an order for mosquito snd pest control. Several days later called locally and asked service manager to walk my yard with me. I asked when I would get the pest control snd was told they had not received the ordered hadcplCec. The local office met my needs. I hate getting a call center representative who does not speak clear English. This is America. It may save corporations money but will ultimately lose customers.

Not happy! Having to spend more money watering everyday due to lawnbeing burnt from over application or whatever happened. Waiting to hear back from a manager on repair and compensation plans.

Alex is amazing! He greets us with a smile, he says hi to our dogs and does an excellent job!
