Our new gas fireplace is fabulous! Dalton, Joey and Finn were very professional and worked very hard to make my dream come true! We had a challenging job and they did everything to make it happen. Excellent!!

Hal came in and did a chimney inspection for us. He was very clear in what was needed for repairs and what explain the costs and benefits of services. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend chimney doctors!

The staff at Chimney Doctors is so professional, understanding, and lovely to work with. From setting up to Ben A coming out for the cleaning, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Poor Ben had to deal with us, our big dog, and 3 tiny tots and he was so kind and gracious. He did a great job, he was efficient, and kept everything incredibly tidy and clean.

We had a wonderful experience using Chimney Doctors as our repair specialists, from the very beginning to the end of our needs. Our initial experience with Hal was top notch, he gave us a fair quote and multiple repair options, as well as discovering a vertical crack in our flue which other companies missed, which allowed us to recoup some money from insurance to help cover the damages. Our repair team headed by Ross was also great, they came in and got the work done in an impressive amount of time and we love the look of the finished work. I would highly recommend Chimney Doctors to anyone in the area needing some chimney work done.

I called Chimney Doctors in order to learn what it would take to seal the chimney for our wood burning fireplace and our obsolete main chimney. Peter L. Did a fantastic and thorough job looking at our chimneys and fireplaces. He made sure our main chimney was completely unused and safe to seal. He explained work that had previously been done on our chimneys and what Chimney Doctors would do to fix it. He pointed out a problem with the fireplace's chimney that I believe is likely causing a mold/mildew-like odor in an adjacent room. We are excited to get the work scheduled, have our chimneys fixed, and hopefully, take care of the bad odor in the room adjacent to the fireplace chimney.

Sept, 23, 2025: Updating this review because Google won't seem to let me leave a second one. Another 5 stars for Ben and Grant!! They executed the plans I made with Peter quite fast. They communicated well regarding arrival time and were very friendly in person as well. They answered explained what was done and answered a few specific questions I had about maintenance. They even added some extra insulation. I'm very pleased with the work and everything looks great, aesthetically.

Wonderful company to work with and our chimney looks beautiful. It was definitely more expensive than some of the others we talked to but they were much more knowledgeable, have a lifetime warranty and great customer service. Worth the investment!
