Absolutely awesome guys. Called one day and it was fixed the next. Had parts on hand, and my a/c never worked so good.

Was referred to btr by several different people. Each of these people had said the same thing, btr is the best! Even though they were really busy they worked me into their schedule and stayed late so I didn't lose the next day of work. I had some concerns and Nick and Marshall were very accommodating and helpfull. These guys really have the old school type of customer service. Highly recommend the of Minnesota.

High markup on parts called these guys for a part they wanted $752 called another supplier in Owatonna $499 I’ll gladly drive 45mins to save $253 in my mind BTR charges more for convenience and location. Be sure to call suppliers before buying from anyone.

Eric at BTR was so helpful for me!! He took the extra time to explain my options for a snowplow, and as a result he saved me a lot of time and money.

Needed a very specific part for a custom aftermarket rear AC in a ProMaster van. This van is used by a family with a young lady in a wheel chair and rear air conditioning is much appreciated. We searched high and low and when we found the needed part at BTR. Eric even called after we placed our order to get our tax id as it was for resale. Now that is customer service!

From the minute I reached out about getting a quote to the final installation of the heater - Eric has been amazing to work with! His professionalism, knowledge and communication really made this easy for me.
