I placed an online order with this company for a rare part. Not 4 hours later I received a phone call from a representative telling me that they couldn’t ship the part as it was MLK day. I was informed that it would be on the way the following day. In all of my dealings with online vendors I have never received a phone call within such a short time. If anyone out there needs parts these are the folks to get in touch with. Personal service at its finest. Thank you!!!!!

Absolutely great company to do business with. Was on a search for an older, hard to find heater core. They had no problem tracking one down and sending it out. Packaged very well. Great customer service. Kept us in the loop through the whole process. We look forward to working with them in the future.

The guys at BTR are the best in the business. Work hard to get the right parts even in a pinch. Use genuine red dot and have most on hand.

Installed a complete condenser/fan unit in a Peterbilt and had the job completed when they said they would. It's never worked better! Would totally trust any recommendations Nick or Eric have for the job you need done.

Recently inquired to BTR about coming to take a look at 11 combines and troubleshoot/update the A/C systems. Within 2 weeks Nick was down to our shop and had things cooling like they should. Nothing but great things to say about Nick and Eric. Their excellent communication and high quality of work is hard to find. Have already referred a friend to BTR and they had the same experience. Had a central air and furnace installed 2 years ago. System works perfect and a very clean install. Severe weather came through the area yesterday and we had lost power. Thermostat did not turn back on. I called at 9pm on a sunday night and not even 14 hours later they were here and fixed the problem. Could not ask for better customer service. Anybody who is looking to replace or upgrade cannot go wrong here. Thanks again

Quality installation of central air and furnace. Both inspectors were impressed with installation and commented on the attention to detail they had not seen in a long time. Kurt was on time and cleanness was important as the area was clean when he left everyday.

My furnace has been running intermittently so we decided to upgrade our old furnace and A/C. We had several different contractors give us quotes and some of those prices where not what I would consider reasonable. We needed the entire set up. Furnace, Air, Filter, Humidifier etc. We hired Amaxx Mech because they had the most options. They also took the time to explain those options and what would work best for my home and our budget. They came in with clean tarps to protect my floors and vacuumed on there way out. The 2 year free service plan works great for us as we both work long hours and maintenance is the last thing I want to do. And my wife just loves the Nexia App. I would recommend their services anytime.

Amaxx replace an a/c unit and installed a new furnace as well. My wife and I are very happy with the work they did, also whenever I would call they always answer their phone. To me that’s big! Amaxx Mechanical upgraded our whole heating system from boiler baseboard heat to a new furnace and forced air. They were extremely professional, efficient, and fair. They cleaned up after themselves and communicated clearly along the way. We would recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace went out today and it is over -20 below zero outside. We called Amaxx Mechanical and they were here and had our furnace up and running again within one hour! Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year at 3 AM. I waited until 5 AM and started calling. Amaxx returned my call within 5 minutes. Kurt came to the house immediately and left me with two options: fix the 20 year old furnace or replace with new product. We decided to replace and Kurt had us heat that day. He was very professional, friendly, considerate of our home and kept us informed every step of the way. Once he was finished, he left our home as clean as when he arrived. Great warranty and their service includes free cleaning and filter changing for 2 years..at no additional cost. I honestly have nothing negative to say and would highly recommend Amaxx.
