1 week ago Chris from Hurlbert’s came by to check out my boiler/hot water heater and discovered that it needed replacing. In 1 week Hurlbert’s is back with Nick J running the show. All went smooth as silk. After the installation was complete, Nick showed me how everything worked and I was amazed at how clean everything was especially after the work all had to be done in a really small space. All went well and am very pleased with the results!

Beau was very friendly and knowledgeable with his work. Even though it was a rainy day, he took great care to keep the the house clean and dry while going in and out. I would definitely recommend again.

Great experience from start to finish! Super easy to schedule an appointment online. No making phone calls and waiting for a call back. I went online at 9pm on a Wednesday and had an appointment for 8 to 12 the next morning! The technician Tony C was great. Called 20 minutes before arriving at about 9am. Addressed our issue of needing a toilet reset. Cleaned up all the mess and disposed of the debris. He also answered a few questions we had about other things like water pressure. He took the time to go to his truck and get the tool to check it. He assured us that it was fine and we probably just need a new shower head and it is not our water softner causing the issue. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and Tony C if you have plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with Hurlburt and will recommend them to neighbors. Ben initially came out and we had a great conversation about what we wanted out of our HVAC system and water heater. His quote was reasonable and a number of financing options were available. Their quote came in under that of a competitor.

Jim, Diego, Jeff, Jonah, and Devon all showed up on time on installation day. They were diligent, professional, and polite for the duration of the installation - which took an entire working day. At the end of the day Jeff showed us how to work our new thermostat, some features of the new system, and how to maintain the heat pump over Winter.

We had a number of plumbing issues needing attention, and Tony was sent out to do some replacement work.

He updated the shut-off valves for our (pretty old) main bathtub and shower, and also replaced the old fixtures, which had been leaking for some time.

There were a couple of follow up items that we had some questions about, and Tony made a return trip to make sure those were resolved to our satisfaction.

Great small business that was able to make it out same day for a leaky water heater that needed to be replaced. Like any replacement it was not cheap but absolutely on par with competitors. Jeremy was fantastic. Would highly recommend him and this company!

Jeremy was awesome and went above and beyond with the service even after he finished with the clog he still wasn't happy with the flow even though it looked to me like it was flowing fine. He went at it again for another half an hour to make sure that it was flowing to his satisfaction and his standards. Jeremy is an A++ employee and hopefully he is regarded as so. Everything was cleaned up as it should be and I will be using Hurlburt Plumbing again and recommending them as well
