I called for service on my system and the response time was very quick and Adam is very professional. I would highly reccomend Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning.

Paid a $90.00 service fee to look at my furnace, arrived 45 minutes late, and then after 30 minutes and calling 1 parts location said my furnace was too old. When I called previously they mentioned nothing about a $90 service fee. Could not provide a quote for a new furnace or give any replacement options.

Adam gave me a great quote, answered all my questions promptly, removed my old Central A/C system, and installed the new one. Everything is working great. Would recommend to anyone.

They rated me the lowest price in town on a name brand unit (Trane).
I really appreciated how thier techs are willing to put in the extra effort to get the job done! They didn’t stop when the clock hit 5 pm. They stayed until 7 to make sure they got it done right

Oh, I had the best service person come out today to install my new water heater. He explained things to me and answered several questions that I had which I truly appreciated since my husband passed away March 27, 2016 and I have been dealing with many issues here in my home. Called last Sat. about 730 PM because of their high rating on google, they are located near me and it said open 24 hours. Furnace was out. I knew what was wrong but my wife was not comfortable with me fixing it. I left a voicemail pertaining to my problem. Well it is now Tuesday 6 PM and still no call to acknowledge my initial call. If this is a 4.9 star google rating I have no trust in internet ratings. I fixed the problem Sunday A.M. Parts were about $8.00. Sad thing is I missed church because of it.

Would like to say thanks for your service. It was hot out and at the end if the business day. I called and explained what was going. Although it was the end of Adams day he came by and took care of the problem.. The A.C works as if it was new again. He was very knowledgeable about the work he was performing and quickly got the system fixed. Thanks

Woke up this morning to figure out my furnace wasn't working, which was not great when it was 0 degrees outside. Adam was able to get here within an hour and fixed it shortly after. I've been working on a house and Minnetonka for a while and their AC unit went out. I couldn't get a contractor to come there because apparently everybody was a week to two weeks out but Adam from Comfort Heating and Air made time to come and take care of the customers the very next day. My Furnace blower blew during one of our recent hot spells and I called other HVAC Companies and explained my situation and no one could come out for days. I was able to reach Adam and again explained my problem. Adam was able to come out that night to help out my family to reinstate my furnace blow and to achieve my AC. I would recommend Adam and his company moving forward. Thanks again for your work.

Has done work for me in past and have been satisfied. Last year took months to have come out for yearly service. Very frustrating but it turned out ok. This year after I left several messages I was able to talk to Adam. Made an appointment didn’t show up. This continued by missing another appointment. Promised to call me the following week. Waited for 3 weeks and finally called another company.
Again has done good work but don’t count on a call back and or reliable appointment. 1 for reliability but 5 if he does the work on hvac thus the 3 rating
