This place is a life-saver. I had been looking for a quality contractor to come and fix my unit when it went out last week. Their prices where fair and their service was completely worth it. My living room is an icebox again...just how i like it!

Adam was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable! He was very patient and provided my family with ample time to make a decision to replace our furnace or just the part that was broken. He answered all my questions in a timely matter. Adam put in a new furnace (Trane) and it runs amazingly smooth! We couldn’t be more satisfied with our furnace and the quality of service he provided!

Adam has been out twice to fix issues with my AC unit. Both times he was able to identify the issue and fix it very quick! He is very professional but also very reasonable, he does not nickel and dime you like many other companies do. He does a great job and I would definitely recommend him!

So, so impressed! The tech was super chill, explained everything without making me feel dumb, and got our furnace roaring again. 100% recommend!

The installers came out, very professional and got the job done clean and efficiently. The office called 2 days later to check up on the installation, see if everything was going well and scheduled for the Air Con inspector to come out and check out the installation to make sure everything was done correctly. A company I would recommend for sure!!

Im not convinced this place is a TOTAL SCAM... I paid $450 for someone to come out to fix my unit, but issue kept persisting. 3 weeks later i schedule something for 8am, by 10am ive called 5x and each time im told id get a return call and never did.

Every time you call levine you get a different person. Its a call center. No one works together, theres no communication its just a contractor. They charge you $250-$300 just to reach out to a tech from another company.

Meanwhile, for 3 weeks i called to try and get an invoice to pass along to my landlord and Levine kept promising one and never sent a completed invoice (scam).

I had Levine Heating and Cooling install a furnace and air conditioner in my house.They were every knowledgeable and professional. They took their time to answer all of my questions .I Was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

My A/C unit was not operating and I had no idea why. Levine Heating and Cooling fit me in on short notice before a very hot spell. The professional called before he arrived. He was extraordinary, he located the problem and got everything working in a little over an hour. I will proudly call them again!!

Great service this morning from Boris. He did the annual check up for our A/C and fixed a noise problem that many other technicians could never fix!! Also suggested a cleaning of our outside unit which was very much needed. He was very nice and personable and explained everything he was doing very well. Thank you Levine Heating and Cooling!!

This is the second time we have used Levine Heating and Cooling company. The first time was a relatively simple furnace and hot water tank change out. The second time was a whole furnace and duct work install. Both times, they showed up when they said they would, did a great job and cleaned up afterward as well. I will continue using them.

In short: wow! We recently heard about Home Care Heating and Air through a referral from Chimney Doctors, and needing a tune-up on our HVAC system, it was a good opportunity to try a new company. Joe came out to tune up our furnace and our AC, and he made sure that I was informed about everything he found. I tend to ask technicians if they prefer to have space to complete their work or if it would be easier if I stick around. Joe not only encouraged me to stay, he asked me my level of knowledge about my system (which was low) and he proceeded to share a real-time report about each part of the system he inspected. Given our system's age, some aspects are in great shape, while other parts are showing their wear. Joe helped me understand how each part is related and where risks of failure could most likely appear in the near future. At the end of the tune up, Joe provided a report of his full inspection, including notes that reiterated what he revealed along the way. Given the example Joe set, I will definitely choose Home Care Heating and Air for preventative and reactionary repairs and updates in the future, knowing that I can trust their experience and commitment to making sure the homeowner is informed and getting the best value.
