I had the pleasure of meeting Bob yesterday during our furnace tune up! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with even emptying our dehumidifier! Thank you Bob and we will definitely be using Home Care for our HVAC needs in our new home again :)

He was also extremely knowledgeable and clearly cares about his customers :) he went the extra mile in answering my many questions (and explaining them in a way I could understand, as someone who know nothing about furnaces) he even showed me how to start my water heater pilot light! I have had HVAC tune up/inspections before. This was not the same experience at all. Bob was honest and here to ensure I had a reliable and safe system. No pressure to purchase an expensive replacement. Just an honest tune up with reasonable and fully explained recommendations. What a refreshing experience! Thank you!!

Home Care Heating and Air was fantastic from start to finish. Joe arrived within about an hour of my call and took the time to go over everything with me. After reviewing the situation, we decided a full furnace replacement made the most sense. They were able to get me scheduled for the very next morning, and Lee did an excellent job with the install—super thorough and professional. Great service, fast response, and I highly recommend them!

The response was quick and able to schedule a service call the same day. The technician communicated his schedule well and showed up at the time he had previously told me. Once he arrived he was able to find and fix the problem promptly as well as go over some other items to prevent future problems. I have used Burnsville Heating &Air for over 20 years. They installed and serviced the unit when the home was built and over the years they have replaced the AC/Heating unit as well as service it. They do a great job. Just had them here again on 8/14 and as always, they resolved the issue in a timely and complete manner.

I recently schedule a service call with Burnsville Heating & Air to fix my A/C. The staff, from the scheduler to the technicians, was polite, personable and professional. The technicians, Chad and Tim, kept in contact to let me know when they would arrive. They were quick, efficient and gave me great tips for maintaining our furnace and A/C. I highly recommend Burnsville Heating & Air.

My furnace went out today and when I called to schedule someone to come out, the lady on the phone was super nice. She even said they could have a technician come out today, which was great because my house was 60°! Cody was my technician and he was kind, gave me tips and fixed the issue quickly. The price is fair too! Thank you so much for your help and for getting me warm again! :)

He introduced himself. He asked questions and gave good responses, He was courteous, kind, and respectful of us. We thought he was very thorough in his job and explained what he did. He commented that everything was paid for and to phone sometime in October for the furnace check up.

Thanks to the efforts of two Burnsville Heating employees we are now “Customers For Life”. Will and Nick accomplished in 30 minutes what two of their competitors failed to diagnose and repair in 3 visits over a 3 year period. Thank you Bob, Nick and Will for making our lives better. I purchased a home this year that had the furnace replaced by Burnsville Heating and AC in 2018 (per permit records). I’ve had 5 different companies out (not including this company) for AC replacement estimates. Every company commented on how sloppy and not up to code the furnace install was. They were amazed that it passed the city permit process. All companies encouraged additional work to ensure fire safety, reduce burn risk, and improve efficiency of the furnace and AC. Based on this information, I would not recommend working with this company.

We have made multiple calls due to gas furnace not heating. Until yesterday, the problem as always diagnosed as a "lack of maintenance" by this do it yourselfer, who did not sign a contract for annual service by the installing company. This allowed the company to charge for a service call, rather than a free warranty call. Yesterday, when the technician came, the problem was diagnosed as a limit switch that was set at a too low a temperature, causing the slightest restriction of free flow of air to shut the furnace off, even after only slightly more than 2 weeks after the last change of filter in a VERY clean house with little, if any, dust in the air. Today, the technician will come back to install the higher temperature limit switch, which should solve the problem. However, I must give credit to their always responding and getting the heat going again fairly quickly.

Cody at Burnsville Heating & Air was so helpful when our furnace stopped working on a Sunday with below zero temps! He was so kind and went the extra mile to service us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Needed prompt service on our air conditioner. It went out without warning on the hottest day. I got same day service, parts ordered and installed within 24 hours. Technician was polite , friendly, and knowledgeable. We have used Burnsville Heating and Air conditioning for over 25 years. They provide good annual checks too.

Our air condition went out and I contacted Burnsville Heating & Air. They were able to get a part the same day and do the repair to get me back up and running when some competitors quoted 3 days to get the part. They were priced fairly and had great service all around! I'll definitely be back for any future needs.

My old furnace decided to stop working the coldest night of the year (going into the coldest morning -21F) Sunday Jan 19th 2025. It was also a holiday.
I called Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning, Ink. Monday morning, and by Tuesday mid-day I was up and running at a reasonable price.
That really put a smile on my face.:)
My old furnace was also purchased there but it had seen it's time.
Customer service was great, Thanks to Bob, Cody, Travis, Jesie, They were courteous (despite the temp.) throughout the whole process.

Very disappointing. He used my wife’s hair dryer and broke it. Told me that me that we would be reimbursed for it, but he couldn’t fix the furnace and said that I would get a phone call from his supervisor. They installed the heating system, but apparently don’t stand behind their install practice. Paid $179 for them to come out and not fix our two year furnace system. Called Superior Heating and they had the system running right away and offered suggestions to correct the problem.

We were impressed by by there HVAC knowledge, product knowledge and up front approach. They didn't try and sell us on something we didn't need. There pricing was very competitive and they provided a very good value.They did what they said they would do for what they said they would do it for. While we have not used the AC yet. the system operates as promised. We had a minor issue that was immediately addressed. We would absolutely use them again.

We built a house in 2021 and the builders used Burnsville heating and cooling. We have had nothing but issues with our furnace. It wasn’t working and we were told multiple times it was a filter issues and then finally after fighting with them so much we found out our furnace which was less then 2 years old was all corroded and they put a new one in. We have now been dealing with the same issues and specifically damper issues where they are constantly going bad. We had them come out yet again and this was 3 months ago and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. We have had to use our fireplaces for 3 months which is so expensive and he will never get back to us. DONT recommend them at all

The young man who came to make an evaluation and repair to my furnace was here on time. He was very efficient and polite. He installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it. Very excellent service and employees. I would recommend this business to friends and family.

Tech did a great job. Answered all my questions. A/C was in good shape. Filtering lining of cover was very dirty and he cleaned/washed. Now air flow is much improved. Additional gas not required as full. All set for season.
