If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I spoke to someone late at night on a Sunday (10PM) and this was the only business that would come to our rural area the next morning. Super reasonable travel cost and turns out, our heating system just needed a "stern talking to" and they didn't even charge us for it.
Incredibly nice and helpful people.

Bob was our technician and he showed up on time, did a great job of examining our furnace, and was clear in his guidance for next steps. No pressure but laid out what was going on and what his suggestions were. Highly recommended!

We just had home care heating and air come out to do a furnace tune-up and Joe did an awesome job. He was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Joe and home care heating and air.

This was a great experience! I called on Thanksgiving Day and an AI set up the appointment for the next day. I was a little unsure if I had an appointment because I'm not used to that but I did call and they did confirm that I actually did have an appointment. Joe came in and he was great saw the issue pretty quickly. I will be calling if I need Services again.
I like the tags and stickers he put inside my utility room to help identify on and off levers. I have a sticker now so I have phone number available.

Joe Koch came out to my house due to a water leak, he was very nice and took the time to show me what was wrong with my furnace. I actually learned a lot that day. Nate told about all the options I could possibly do but I decided to get a new furnace and air conditioner. That same day within 2-3 hours they were at my house installing the new furnace, very efficient. Nate Fiedler installed my new furnace, very nice guy. I would like to thank everyone that came to my house for doing an amazing job! I will definitely call Home Care Heating and Air if I come across any other problems…..

Called Home Care Heating and Air regarding our furnace. They sent Bob the same day. Bob was incredibly helpful with his knowledge and expertise. Incredibly personable, would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Bob for not making us feel like a number and fixing our furnace.

I have had three stellar experiences with the Home Care team. Originally my goal was to have my furnace tuned up and serviced after purchasing an older home. When Joe came the first time, however, he pointed out cracks in the heat exchanger and the age (30 years) of the furnace and explained that a new unit would be the best option. He answered all of my questions and gave me his honest opinion about my options, and I decided to replace both the furnace and the equally old A/C - no charge for what was supposed to be a service visit but ended up being a quote for the new system. Joe along with Kenny and Bob handled the installation which was super easy and quick. A few weeks later the thermostat that came with the install mysteriously turned off and I couldn't get it to turn back on. The office sent out Nate the technician who got there just two hours after my call letting them know I was without heat because of the thermostat. Nate immediately found the problem and fixed it - again no charge to me. I have been very pleased with the awesome service the whole team has provided and look forward to working with them on all my future HVAC needs!

Our furnace stopped working with an error code for the control board. Called Home Care Heating and Air and Joe was able to come out the same morning to look at our furnace. He determined that the control board did need to be replaced but also let us know we might want to think about replacing the furnace bacause he found a spot and showed pictures where a crack could happen in the exchanger and the furnace was 19 years old. We chose to replace the furnace instead of investing anything in the old one and they were able to have Lee come out the next morning to install a new furnace. Lee did a great job and even updated our water heater venting to code. Doug also stopped by with a part for the venting. Everyone including the receptionist, Joe, Lee and Doug throughout the entire process was professional, pleasant, friendly and respectful including putting tarps down for moving out and in furnaces and cleaning up after themselves. They all took the time to explain the different options without being pushy and how things work such as the new thermostat. They each made sure all of our questions were answered. The text before each appointment with the picture of who is coming is nice.

Home care is the way to go! They were thorough, detail oriented and beyond kind when our furnace went out right before Christmas. Joe Koch, specifically has gone above and beyond for us, bringing space heaters in the interim and making us feel like this was just as important to him as is was to us. Thank you to the entire team. But huge shout out to Joe and Chris for being so responsive and helpful every step of the way.

Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my furnace. I appreciated the time he took to test and inspect everything and explain to me what it all meant. He gave me several recommendations and quotes without pressure to make an immediate decision. Pricing is reasonable for his experience level and quality work.

Doug provided a great furnace HVAC winter sys maintenance explaining work done and status of furnace. Mentioned a humidifier available for a good price to install. Lee came out to install a week later and did a great job and explained how it works and the settings used. We appreciate the great service by Lee and Doug!

Excellent experience from the first visit (which was about 14 hours from when I called that our furnace was down) to install (which happened about 14 hours after I called to go ahead with the estimate). They knew their stuff and handled everything for us start to finish. Lee went above and beyond to make sure our thermostat was functioning and the furnace was properly and quickly installed and I would recommend them to friends and family! Their pricing was also competitive and the financing options help a ton when an unexpected expense like a broken furnace catches you by surprise!

Lee did an amazing job completely fixing my furnace! He came on one of the coldest days of the year and saved me! Laid down fabric to make sure our floors didn’t get scratched, and when he was done he explained everything to me in detail. Super nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone!

Joe has been awesome! Been to our house twice this season and provided TOP NOTCH service each time. The 1st time was for a seasonal tune-up and this time was to replace a failed pressure sensor.

Joe diagnosed the issue quickly, ran out and got the part, installed it, and we're back up and running! Also dealt with our rowdy (but friendly!) dog with an exceptional level of grace.

I can only think of 3 companies I love having do work on our house. Home Care is one of them, and one of the others is Chimney Doctors which is also owned by the same people! I don't think it's a coincidence that 2 of my 3 favorites are run by the same folks.

Don't hesitate to call Home Care if you have any issues!

Joe and Lee came out to maintain our furnace, and found some huge, unexpected cracks that made the furnace unsafe. They were patient and informative as they shared various options for us to consider. We ended up financing a replacement along with some other repairs and upgrades to help with efficiency in our home. They gave us space heaters to borrow and Lee came back the next day with Bob to get the new furnace installed. Also, they were friendly and considerate of our pets, which is very important to me.

A friend had Kenny out a few weeks ago so when another friend needed service she called. Kenny came to her rescue too. Amazing service, very fair prices, respectful, kind. Not all male repair folk treat women well. Kenny was great! I’ve got his card now too in case I need him. Sadly my long time person is no longer available. Exceptional service is difficult to find. I’m so happy to have found Kenny.

Nate Fielder was able to come out and fix my inefficient ductwork. My furnace is blowing hot air better than ever before! Thanks Home Care Heating and Air for making sure I stay warm all winter!

Joe Koch has also been an excellent technician. Joe really dug into my system to figure out where to optimization airflow and get follow up work done to fix some duct work.

I'm so happy with the quality of work and care to help keep my family warm in the winter time.

We had a great experience with the entire team (Joe, Bob, Nate and Chad) that worked to replace our furnace. They did a fantastic job in walking us through our options and answering all our questions. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with this company and Joe, their technician. Joe was very knowledgeable and personable . He explained what he needed to do and let us know right up front what it would cost which we thought was very reasonable. He cleaned up everything when he was done and did a great job.

We went down in our utility room New Year's Day and found a huge puddle of water called up these guys Home Care Heating and Air and left a message for an appointment right away between 8:00 and 10:00 the next day which was today.. they came out and surveyed and found out we had a crack in the heater core and we needed a new furnace. Gave us a great price on one and replaced it within the day! Even gave us a good discount with paying check or cash.. Joe, Nate and Chris were very very helpful, kind, courteous and explained everything in full and I would recommend these guys and Home Care Heating and Air company for all your needs with heating and air conditioning. I'm now adding a second part to this review, I called Lindsey and Britt at the office because we had an issue after install, Bob Kast was dispatched to our house, We had a small hose leak after the furnace was replaced. They came out within 15 minutes of my call and fixed the problem and now we are good again. All I can say is these guys are great and they are efficient and get the job done.. 100% guys.

Joe, Nate and Bob were excellent! Everyone was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful! I appreciated how quickly I could get an appointment, and then how quickly install happened. They did a great job explaining how to use my whole house humidifier and making sure it was installed 100 percent correctly and up to code. Thank you for everything!

Secondly, I had them come again recently to install a new ecobee pro thermostat and had an excellent experience again with Bob! He took the time to make sure I understood how to use it, and made sure it was functioning properly. I highly recommend saving this company's info for all your future heating and cooling issues! 🙌🏼
