The serviced the service technician that came out today Joe Koch From Home care, heating, and air Burnsville office was personable and introduced himself I had no idea where the air filter was located on our furnace. He Quickly located and patiently Vacuumed out the installation orifice replaced The filter-and explained how to reset my furnace. I like Home care, heating, and air the service technicians always have on the uniform and drive a company truck. Jordan did an excellent job today. I will give him five stars.!

Bob Kast and Joe Koch completed a complimentary tune up/eval of our very old boiler and offered helpful advice on next steps. They even clocked oue expired carbon monoxide detectors for us. Wonderful experience.

The technicians (I believe they were Nate, Lee, and Chris if my memory is accurate) showed up exactly on time, provided updates throughout the day so that I knew what to expect, and took a moment to walk me through everything when they finished the project. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Joe Koch provided Five Star furnace tune up for the incoming winter, but most importantly, detected a gas leak on my water heater connection!! He took the extra time to explain and show me what was happening with the gas detection meter he had (I’m sure there is an official name for it) and recommended what needed to be done. Highly recommend this small business for integrity and diligence! Thank you

We had Joe Koch come over and help assess the health of our systems. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things as he went. Was not pushy on getting to buy things, and was realistic about we should plan for the future.

Bob Kast was the technician that came out to do a furnace tune up for us. Our furnace is 3 years old. He informed me that this shouldn’t have passed inspection as they left the black plastic pipes throughout our furnace room and those aren’t currently and weren’t allowed at the time of install due to them being made out of the wrong materials. Only actual pvc piping was to be used and they should have replaced my pipes at that time in order to pass inspection. The work was either never inspected, or done by the installer sending pictures of the install to our city. Also, the water line should have been angled down and away from the furnace rather than backing up into it. I really appreciate Bob taking the time to explain it all to me and for all the pictures he took of what is wrong. We will very likely have him repair it all correctly after contacting the original company to let them know all that they didn’t do right.

Bob and Joe both came out to the house. They were awesome about explaining the heat pump versus furnace and what to use, when, and how. We were very impressed with their friendliness and thoroughness, and look forward to having them back out at the house again.

My furnace died on the coldest week. Lee installed our new furnace and done an amazing job. He went though the equipment and explained everything. I highly recommend this company

Joe the service tech was great. He thoroughly explained to me what furnace items needed immediate attention and what items could be put off for a little while. He made several calls on a parts search and found one part provider that had the part I needed in stock. He could have ordered the part and schedule an appointment for the following week. But it was Friday and my heat did not work. So he made a special trip to pick up the needed part so he get get my furnace fixed on the same day so I would not have to go the entire weekend with no heat as the temps have been dropping.

Doug was the first person we had contact with. He assessed the problem immediately. He was pleasant, professional and respectful of our needs.
The next Day James and Lee arrived promptly to install A/C.They were courteous, professional and able to solve unseen problems efficiently. The installation was dealt with expertly.They fully cleaned up after themselves when the work was finished.
The price was reasonable.
I highly recommend Home Care and these three technicians.

Great experience! Techs were at our house right at the start of the service window (which was only 4 hours after speaking with the scheduler!). Joe and Kenny were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave honest advice with no pressure.

Lee and Nathan installed a new furnace for us today. Wow! They were efficient and professional and so conscientious about covering the carpet from the front door all the way down to the furnace room. They made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat and the furnace before they left and cleaned up like they’d never been here. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Home Care Heating and Air has been quick in response time and getting a technician send out. Kenny was friendly, thorough and very insightful in the service he provided. I felt that I received expert advise with my vent inquiries and would certainly recommend this company.
