Seth came out on New Year's Eve (when no one else would) to diagnose a botched thermostat installation during an energy audit that left us with no heat on a freezing night. He assessed the problem quickly, had the parts in his van and fixed it. We are thrilled that the hoise is warming up again and will call him again when we upgrade our thermostat.

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed by Angell Aire. Prior to my selecting this company for equipment purchase and installation, Phil fielded numerous questions from me regarding equipment selection (furnace type, heat pump vs AC, humidifier, air purifier), pricing, warranties, rebates, etc., and was prompt and detailed in his responses. I obtained quotes from 4 companies and Angell Aire was my top pick when factoring in 8-10 variables. Yesterday, they spent about 10 hours at my home doing a meticulous install. They were friendly, professional, and competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had Angell Aire install a Bryant heat pump in November 2025. Two installers and 2 electricians came out and got it done in a day. It turns out there was a bad fuse in one of the units (no fault of Angell Aire - it came from the factory this way) so they had to order a part and come back to get the system running a couple days later. We are very happy with the installation, and the price was a bit lower than other bids.

AngellAire installed my first heat pump with a furnace back in the 2000s. I became a repeat customer this year when it was time for an upgrade. Once again, AngellAire was professional and responsive every step of the way, from concept to configuration to installation. They made the process easy, even filing the utility rebates for me. I confidently recommend them.

With the brutal cold winter upon us, and a 22 year old furnace in the basement, replacing it had become long overdue. Seeing as the AC unit is just as old, we needed to consider replacing that at the same time. After receiving an incredibly expensive quote from a local corporate HVAC company, we decided to get a 2nd quote and opinion. And man was I glad I did. Angell Aire came in a staggering $4000 cheaper than did our 1st bid, for the exact same equipment and service. Not only that, but they installed our furnace, the very next day! Jason & Phil were excellent communicators along the way, and Alex did an excellent job with installation. The furnace is running great and we're ready to face the final 2 months of winter, worry free. We also are looking forward to them installing our new AC unit when warmer weather is upon us. Thank you guys, very, very much.

Your tech with license plate ekk 792 drives very aggressively and dangerously he cut off and tailgated vehicles for 10 miles down 694 near Newport

If you have older boilers like our church (2 boilers) has, Nordic is the company to call. They're well trained, experienced, and didn't miss a thing.
AND they even worked out how to help us thru a double outage in a pinch.
