They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it and they do it right the first time. We started using them shortly after we moved into our newly constructed home for which Burnsville HVAC did the initial installation. We have been using the same technician (Will B) for 3 1/2 years and hope we never need to change. He does great work and does it right the first time. We have complete trust in him.

Burnsville Heating and Airconditioning has been my heating and ac service provider for more than 20 years. A recent visit by one of their service techs (sorry, don't remember his name) was an excellent experience. He was knowledgeble and very efficient. He answered all my questions with easy to understand terms. I have great confidence in the service personnel and their heating and ac products.

After working with Burnsville Heating and Cooling for over six years, I have concluded that they are a good solid company to work with. We used them to install a new furnace and air conditioner in the townhouse we used to own. Installation was smooth and we had no problems for the six or so years we owned the townhouse.
About six months ago we moved to a different house. I had no idea what condition the furnace and thermostat were in and I was not satisfied with the thermostat system. Will and Cody, service technicians, came out and thoroughly checked the furnace and air conditioner. These two guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They went out of their way to make sure I understood how to work the system including showing me how to work some vents I had never seen before.
The sales/service manager Bob worked with me to upgrade the thermostat system and install a whole house dehumidifier. Bob went out of his way to get me what I wanted! I now have a smart thermostat system that monitors temperatures and humidity at six different locations, allows control using data from any of these locations, and allows me to control humidification and dehumidification from one upstairs control panel. This company has earned my loyalty

Marcellus arrived and immediately went to work installing the part that had worn out after almost 6 years. This was identified during the fall inspection and was recommended to be replaced to ensure no future problems. He was great, worked efficiently and made sure we were happy with the result. explained to me what he was doing as he did it and the furnace works perfectly just in time for the cold weather.

I had Marcellus the service tech come to my house for a schedule furnace maintenance service. I will say without a doubt Marcellus is a super service tech, kept me informed thru out the whole process. He did a fabulous job of checking out all the areas of the furnace, ensuring everything was functioning properly mechanically and temperature wise. Marcellus has very good communication skills and besides that he is a very friendly person! Never have been disappointed with Burnsville heating and air conditioning. We had our furnace serviced as an emergency repair recently. Cody was out in less than two hours and the fix was on. A return visit was needed the next day with the rest of the parts to finish the fix. Our furnace was kept running and active during the repair window. We appreciate his hard work. Burnsville Heating & Air repaired under warranty no questions asked and even waived the service fee even though we were over 30 days since they were last out by a couple weeks. Finally, going above and beyond Cody noticed a pipe leak and helped us shut the water off and relieve the pressure on the system to avoid a pipe burst possibly saving us thousands in damages. Highest recommendation to both Burnsville Heating & Air and Cody. Thank you!!

We had our annual furnace maintenance done. Technician was on time, wore shoe covers, explained what he found and what was done. Will have him back in spring for A/C maintenance.

We used Burnsville Heating and Air to replace our furnace in 2022 and add A/C to our home in 2024. We recently had an issue with our furnace, and Burnsville had someone on site to rectify the issue within 3 hours. Bob, the service manager, is informative, friendly, and customer focused. My wife was home at the time of the repair, and she said similar things about Will, the service tech. Whenever the conversation arises, I recommend Burnsville Heating to friends and coworkers. They are fairly-priced, care about their customers, and show up when they say they will. Can't ask for much more than that. Thank you Bob and team!

We had contacted Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning on a Monday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday of the same week. The technician that arrived at our home, Tim O., was very knowledgeable in diagnosing our problems and explaining them to us. His friendly and pleasant manner in making the repair in inclement weather was much appreciated.

Excellent tech service. Air exchange had failed. Parts ordered. Tech called manufacturer, in Canada, to verify what was needed. New parts installed, system runs beautifully. Superb service and attention to details. Thank You!

Tim did a great job checking out our heating system, providing some suggestions for the best filters to use and answering our questions. He also took care of installing a new filter in our humidification system.

Our 2-year-old air conditioning unit stopped working in the late afternoon.
We called Burnsville Heating and Plumbing, who not only promised us a visit the next morning, but had a technician call us at 5 PM to help us trouble shoot. The technician, Will, was fantastic! Although the trouble shooting was not successful, Will showed up right away the next day. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had it fixed within a half hour. Will also cleaned our unit with our water hose and even curled it back up neatly before he left. This was a much different experience than dealing with the big box companies. We will never use anyone else in the future!

Will, the Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning tech was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He provided us his recommendations for our A/C unit and at no time did we feel pressured into buying things we didn't need. I have used Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning for many years, at two different properties and they have always provided great service and value from the front office staff to the technicians. I was scheduled for 8 am to 1 pm this past Thursday. I realized later in the day that no one had come for the appointment. I went for short walk and saw a Burnsville HVAC truck parked on our street. I approached the driver and he was confused and said his “app” wasn’t working. I told him my situation and he came over and did my fall PM. He was polite and quick. HMMMM—I am not upset as it worked out, but something certainly went wrong in the process.

Quick turnaround time from scheduling to arrival at our house. Didn’t get repaired on day one but promptly returned next day. Very professional, courteous, explained issue and what had to be done.

BH& Air. This was a follow up visit after an installation last spring. The new furnace is fully operational and behaving well. The technician arrived on time. He kept me informed of what he was doing and shared the results when he was through. No complaints. Satisfied customer.
