Tim was at my home this morning to solve a furnace issue. He was prompt, friendly, helpful, and professional. Based on his A+ service, I've made an appointment for a spring AC check as well. I'd recommend this company with no reservations.

They definitely exceeded my expectations. The entire team was exceptional from the transparent sales proposal from Marty to the perfect installation. The installation team hustled all day long to complete the job as promised, very impressive. They even got the air conditioning conduit through the ceiling without punching a hole through the ceiling like other contractors proposed in their bids. The system works perfectly as promised and I believe a major part of this was the knowledge and the expertise of the installation team. Proper installation is key to a successful system operation and the Burnsville team nailed it.

Our furnace started acting up last weekend. I called Burnsville HVAC Sunday morning. Marseille was there a couple hours later. A motor on the Zonal System locked up. He got the system in a usable state until the motor could be replaced. Tim came out Friday and installed the new motor. Everyone was there on time. And it was a warranty repair so no charge. Happy ending.

Burnsville Heating and Air went above and beyond for us during one of the coldest weekends of the year. They came out on a Sunday in minus-10-degree weather to handle warranty work on our furnace. Even though they did not have the correct part that night, they made sure we were not left without heat. The owner personally came out and brought us space heaters to get us through the night, which says everything about how much they care about their customers.

The very next morning, they were back at our house by 10:00 AM with the correct part and had the furnace fully up and running. This was all warranty work, and they handled everything completely free of charge with zero hassle or questions.

Burnsville Heating and Air did an excellent job. I met with Marty, and he calculated what size heating and air conditioning would fit my house. He also gave me three different price options and explained what each one would do. The team that installed it did a great job as well and had it all done in one day. The entire experience from start to finish was very professional. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and an exceptional team! I had water leaking from the humidifier on my 4-year-old furnace and called Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning. Bob, the service manager, arranged for Tim to come out the same day. Tim quickly identified the problem, fixed it at no charge, and had everything resolved in about 20 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and honest, and even checked other parts of the furnace to make sure everything was working properly. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning.

I could smell gas near our heating system in the utility room, so I was understandably worried. Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning came out very quickly to find our issue almost immediately! It was a service covered under warranty, and our technician was reassuring, thorough and helpful! So glad we have Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. to call upon when things like this happen!

Update : Review dropped to 1 star. After struggling with AC issues all summer now that it is cold the Heat doesn't work! And when I called to try and get someone out ASAP I was told by Brenda it will be 7 days and that it doesn't matter that my heat is out or it's warranty, it's what they have available.... Come on, I've worked in the service industry for 20 years, this is not how you take care of customers.... Especially on the SEVENTH warranty trip on a new system in under 8 months. Brenda really needs to work on her customer skills, every time I have called I have had LONG periods of silence and she is rude and unhelpful. She wouldnt have lasted a week answering phones at the company I work for.

KEEP LOOKING! LOTS OF OTHER HVAC COMPANIES OUT THERE! Overall things have been not good so far. Bought a newly built home this spring. BH&A was the company contracted to do the load calculation and install on our HVAC system. 6 months in and the AC has never ran well. It simply cannot keep up on any days over 85°. Despite persistent insistence that the system is undersized for our home ( 3 Ton system for 3 levels 4300 sqft home) , they have said their load calculations were accurate and it's just that we aren't using the system right. First it was that the Air Exchanger was running, that's the issue! then it was that the humidifier wasn't set to summer mode, that MUST be it! Oh no, it was that the dampers weren't set correctly! That will solve it all! NopE! There are no vents in the house that I can find that will lift a piece of paper off the ground when it's running. I've pointed out the weak airflow to every tech and been told that AC doesn't push the way heat does. I can tell ya not only did it lift the paper, it even moved the CURTAINS around in the last 2 homes I owned from the 60s and 2000. My current curtains under the floor vents don't even sway, let alone blow them around. Not to mention they forgot to install a critical safety piece called a dragonfly, and the only reason that was caught is the 3rd tech from the company noticed it was missing during his visit. 4th tech came to install new dragonfly, but it was defective. We have had repeated breaker trips even after a hard start kit was installed on a 200amp service with 70+ amps of headroom. 5th tech due out tomorrow. I work in the service industry as a low voltage tech and this is way beyond bad, I couldn't keep my customers this way. Had I had any choice in the matter I would have NOT worked with Burnsville Heating and Air. The ONLY reason they have 2 stars is because one of the 4 techs was honest with me and told me the system was undersized, the other 3 all fell back on their load calculations. Oh, also the thermostat and air exchanger control were both mounted crooked, which is the worst offense they committed.

Got a new heat pump and furnace installed. Absolutely love it!!

Excellent knowledge, workmanship and cleanup experienced, extra work in aligning plenum and water heater exhaust. Left me a new shutoff valve to replace old out of code valve on water heater line!
