Great service, kind people, Cesar was great, and super helpful for us. I definitely recommend them! Cesar was super kind and answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us understand more of what’s going on and what we needed fixed, he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Super cool guy! Our water softener is completely shot and he gave us a lot more knowledge on the damages that can do if left unfixed.

Jacob is a
very knowledgeable technician and he is extremely patient with his work. He does an excellent job. He has great analytical problem solving skills. I highly recommend this technician!. I will definitely call him again when need service next time.

Had a number of Representatives at my home this week unfortunately sub zero cold and no heat. Jay, came out first to assess the situation . very courteous and made sure I got some kind of heat right away. Much appreciated. Then the install - Bobby great guy and made sure all was discussed and reviewed. Zach helped with the install as well. Asia did electric and Juan Reyes did a great job getting my electrical updated. Thanks all for a great job and getting me all fixed up. Noah came back after monitoring went off line and fixed it quick and effectively. Very kind person.

I very much appreciated their thorough explanations of their thorough assessments. They were also great when presenting options for avoiding major problems in the future, I never felt pressured, just fact based information. Highly recommend.

I had their electricians come put in a new meter, panel with upgraded service line, and EV chargers as part of a larger home renovation.

Joseph came out for the quote, and he was fantastic. He took the time to understand what I am looking to get done and used his knowledge and expertise to dial in what I need. On the day of install, he and Jeremy came out, and that experience was again fantastic. Their work is beautiful with some strong OCD (good electrician behavior), and they again took time to answer some other questions I had and used their knowledge and expertise to give some solid advice for other aspects of my renovation.

5/5 will absolutely use them again when I have work to be done.

Our plumber Jacob did an outstanding job with our water pipe issue. He took the time to explain what he was going to do to fix the issue and gave me different options for “good, better, best” results based on what we already had in place. He made it feel like a friend was working on our house. Will for sure be using him in the future for any plumbing issues.

Mike H was punctual when responding to the call. He went over our entire furnace system and advised what exactly was wrong and what needed to be done. In the end we ended up purchasing a new furnace and AC due to the deal on the two systems. Mike H went over all options explaining the pros to each one and we were able to make a well informed system. I highly recommend Mike H for all your HVAC needs. We will follow up with him for all future maintenance.

Jacob and Cam from Genz Ryan did an outstanding job servicing our water heater. They flushed the system, replaced the anode rod, and installed a new valve — and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.

They were punctual, respectful of our home, and took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and why it mattered. I really appreciated how thorough they were and how clean they left the area afterward. It’s obvious they take pride in their work.

Lefty Lehto was fantastic. First time in my lifetime of service technicians I honestly enjoyed him being here. Knowledgeable, courteous, personable, communicative and no pressure sales along with complete willingness to share what he had learned about my furnace. It was worth the price.

Steven D. braved the minus temperatures in our old unheated garage to fix our leaking sink pipe. He explained his work from beginning until end and also providing updates along the process. He was showed what parts were corroded what he would be doing to correct the issue and thankfully had all the parts to correct the problem so we could run our kitchen sink again. We’ve worked with GenzRyan for other issues, which is why we went with their services again.

**On a note unrelated to the service we received from Steven D, I would HIGHLY suggest getting rid of the AI booking process. We had called the day before our service to schedule an appointment, the text we received from the AI bot listed the wrong address, the incorrect phone number was contacted when the service tech was going to be coming out that day (even though the information was in the system) and our appointment was delayed a day, due to the AI scheduling.

Sam was great! ! He came to do a routine maintenance on my electrical and I explained to him my issues with my basement lights not working. It was totally unplanned but he got the necessary supplies and fixed all 4 lights. He was very professional, worked quickly and discussed with me future items to address.

Sam was my third Genz Ryan employee to come to my home today. I can't speak highly enough of a company, that has 3 individuals in different areas of expertise, who all have excellent customer service.

Noah Phillips was absolutely outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish.
He came for a routine furnace check-up and took the time to thoroughly explain the different stages of how the furnace operates. Noah patiently answered every question I had, clearly and without rushing, and meticulously tested the system for pressure, gas leaks, fan speed, and overall performance.

Overall, I had a 5 star experience. My furnace went out during a week of extreme cold and Genz-Ryan ended up replacing both my furnace and ac. Damian was the tech that came out to inspect my furnace and walked me through an extensive list of all my options for either repair or replacement, which was super helpful in making my decision. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and more than answered all my questions. The crew that came out to install my new unit was prompt, friendly, and did a great job. They wrapped up the job up quicker than expected and walked me through it at the end. The entire team was so friendly and the process incredibly efficient. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I recently purchased a new furnace and ac unit with Josh Pellinger. He was wonderful to work with - very polite and friendly, and he truly cared about helping me find the best options within my price range. I was also incredibly impressed with the techs that came out to do the installs - Asia Faulk, Zach Mitchell, and Bobby Stanger. They took the time to show me the final results and answered all of my questions. I can't rave about this company enough!

Update: had a minor issue with furnace not working. Was able to get someone out right away. Noah Phillips, really nice guy, figured out the solution quickly. It was a very random issue that had nothing to do with the actual install, so I was very impressed he caught it.

We hired GenzRyan for to replace our 19 year old water heater. Our technician Gage did a great job explaining the process and also identified some additional problems that needed to be addressed. Pricing options were clearly explained and the work was completed in an expeditious, timely and professional manner.

If I had to pick one favorite aspect of is company, it's customer service! Other noteable aspects: impecable communication, photos of technicians who are coming to your home, explanations, packages and price points for all family budgets, financing.
The day before my father's funeral I learned our 15 year old furnace was leaking gas and needed $2000 in repairs. Needless to say I was overwhelmed. I called Genz-Ryan for a comparative quote that same day. They were fast, understanding, friendly, caring, compassionate, and they explained things in ways I could understand. My old furnace company left me feeling pressured, confused and without true understanding of my options and how to weigh them. Genz-Ryan had this questionnaire tool to help me see it truly was the best decision to replace my furnace now. I was able to take advantage of the BOGO equiptment sale and replace both my furnace and AC at the same time.
Today Ari and Nick spent their entire day carefully installing my new HVAC systems! I'm so grateful to be confident in the work they completed today. Sean came to help finish the electrical wiring. Steven Doll was great! Arrived on time and was super helpful with tons of knowledge and made the process fun! He was able to help me pick out my new kitchen faucet and gave me the exact info I needed to make it work. He also caught a slight leak and offered to fix that right up as well. He was in and out in just the right amount of time so that I could move into my next appointment of my day! I highly recommend Steven Doll! What a great guy! I thank him tremendously!

I could not be happier with the service I received from La Salle. Max and Cole came to my house exactly when they said they would and were absolute professionals. They were transparent and did their best to help me understand what needed to be done and how they would achieve it. They were personable and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. They fixed my gas leak fast and the price was beyond reasonable. I rarely leave reviews about companies, but La Salle is a great company and I will be using them again as well as recommending them to everyone I can.

Very happy we chose to go with LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning. They have responded very quickly to several calls we've had when our heating or air isn't working and are extremely helpful. So far each call has been an easy fix and they haven't charged us.

They stand by their products and really go above and beyond for service.

I can't recommend them enough. My wife and I are very happy with every interaction we've had with them.
