I would definitely recommend them in the future! Their report was thorough and any questions I had were answered.

One aspect you should know is that Chimney Doctors doesn't subcontract their work. Work is done by employees of the company!

Trace Henault was our technician. He arrived on time, is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the issues with our fireplace and chimney in an easy to understand way, answering all of my questions. He kept everything tidy while he cleaned out the chimney debris also. Our little boy enjoyed watching him work! He gave us his recommendations and got us the quotes for the different projects we had discussed very quickly.

Hal and Jack were extremely thorough and helpful in explaining the project and selecting the type of wood burning insert that will work with my fireplace. It was so great that they each were able to speak from experience because they both have their own wood burning stoves. You can tell they take pride in their work.
I cannot recommend Chimney Doctors more when looking for a top notch team that provides a thorough quote for free. They spent lots of time with me and answered all my questions and provided answers to questions I didn't even know I had.

After he did his comprehensive inspection and cleaning he showed us several pictures both inside and out which clearly demonstrated the condition of our fireplace and chimney. I'm pretty impressed with this rental place they have a massive inventory and it is usually very easy to get a rental. Only downfall is the location I had to rent from closed at 4:00 p.m. which was way too early in the day. And there are no other options on the weekends or other nights.

The business A/C rooftop stopped working. Contacted Sunbelt Rentals, they came to us within 30 minutes with portable A/C units to plug in.

Best customer service. Had a holiday weekend tool rental and the gentleman on the heating and cooling side helped rent out a tool.

He was totally awesome to deal with along with a quick & effient effort to ship my part out ups .
