When we called to discuss our need for a new water heater, we were immediately asked for photos, and they were quickly able to determine that our electric heater needed to be upgraded to a new type of heater with a heat pump. After asking a lot of questions about cost savings in electricity, as well as being told about some government and electric company rebates, we learned that the cost was going to be a lot less over time, even if we moved forward with this new heater. I scheduled us two days later and arrived on time, explained the process, and quickly went to work and finished exactly when they said they would. The experience was very simple and although more expensive than we had originally planned, the long-term savings will make the cost much less. We really appreciated their service!

Water Heaters Now replaced a 50 gallon hot water heater. Communication was fast and they were able to come out the next day after I contacted them. They worked quickly and were very thoroughly and neatly completed the job. Price was very competitive with other bids. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Water Heaters Now. I tried two other companies that never bothered to even call me back. So much for same day service if you call before 2pm. Water Heaters Now not only answered the phone but attempted to help me diagnose the problem to see if I needed their services. I had a technician out with in a few hours. My eight year old water heater had a small leak plus the burner had gone out and I couldn’t get it back on. I really hoped it didn’t need to be replaced. I did a lot of research on Goggle and checked out the websites of many repair and replace businesses. Pretty soon it became pretty clear that Water Heaters Now was the place to go. Great customer service reviews and pricing also. I called and spoke to Jon and said that I really couldn’t afford a new water heater. Could I have someone look at it first? The guys came out that day, arriving on time and determined it needed to be replaced. They were soooo nice and polite. They could have replaced it right away as Jon and I discussed what I had and which water heater I wanted to get so they had it with them but I needed to get some money so two days later Tou came
with the new water heater. He arrived on time, was so nice, thorough, clean and friendly with my dog. He patiently answered all my questions and said to call with any additional questions. From my initial phone call with Jon through the replacement, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The price was the best among the four businesses I called, and the technicians were friendly, on time and left the work area as clean or cleaner than when they started, and there was absolutely no up-selling, which I found refreshing. Go with the water heater specialist. We received responsive overnight service for a late afternoon phone call. The work was completed with excellence. Our 30 year old Marathon electric 105 gallon stored water system has been very reliable. A replacement water temperature mixer/regulator was required. The job was completed in about 90 minutes.

We were having some issues a few months after our water heater was installed and Bob came to our house and fixed the plugged hose free of charge an hour after we contacted him....in addition to explaining how everything worked while we waited for the salt to cycle.

Our 20+ year old water heater went out on us Monday, a holiday. As it was not an emergency, we used HomeAdvisor to seek quotes on Tuesday morning from various contractors.
The first call we promptly received was from Water Heaters Now. We had never heard of it.
Quella was great! She was very friendly and asked the right questions to ensure that we would receive exactly what we wanted/needed and expected. She gave us a quote that was very reasonable based on my research and it included everything---water heater, installation costs, city permit, and haul away of our old water heater AND it would be done that day with the installer arriving within a specified time period.

I had an excellent service experience using Water Heaters Now. From a couple of photos, I was provided a cost estimate over the phone. Nate was very knowledgeable in recommending a Rinnai tankless water heater. Installation was scheduled next day and Jake did an excellent job, and went out of his way to ensure the routing of new piping was professionally done.
