We had them install 2 toilets through Home Depot. One toilet is leaking. We have called them numerous times and sent emails - NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL. We have also talked to Home Depot about this. You will be very frustrated and angry if you use this company!! I guess my next step would be to call the Better Business Bureau or the local TV station to get a response from this company! I would definitely recommend you look for another company for your plumbing needs!!

Brought in for a bathtub faucet replacement, ended up more involved for the plumber to complete than we thought, but he honored the original estimate. He was prompt, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, proactive, and trustworthy.

WARNING: LIARS & CARELESS TECHNICIANS!! This company was contracted by Best Buy to install my kitchen appliances. They damaged two of my cabinets during their careless installation.

The microwave holes they drilled looked like an 8 year old just discovered power tools. The hole was supposed to be 3/8", but the drill bit they used appears to be 5/8" or larger and they elongated the hole to over 1.5" long. They also blew out a huge chunk of wood around it, leaving little to no support for this bolt that is holding a 65 lbs microwave.

They also cracked off the lower face of the cabinet that my wall mounted oven is installed in by placing the entire weight of the oven on the face of the cabinet, which can't be repaired.

On top of all of this, they lied about the damage caused and are trying to deny me coverage through Best Buy's insurance provider. This has caused me a massive headache and waste of time. I've had to take another day of work for a second installation. File an time-consuming insurance claim. Repeated follow up with photo evidence of the damage. And my appliances still aren't installed correct. I have $7000 of appliances partially installed into hacked up cabinets.

I will update this review if they decide to own-up to their mistakes and carelessness and make it right with me and Best Buy.

The two employees were super friendly. Great with my dog. Instal was super fast and they moved the old dishwasher to the garage as i had asked without even needing me to show them the way. Also wore masks which made me feel more comfortable. Great job overall.

The service team installed our dishwasher, microwave and stove. The team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them to do any service. It was a young group of men which i felt did an outstanding job. I would hire them again if i need service.

They were thorough in explaining the process and showed their prices right away, and was able to install our sump pump system (our house never had one) in 3 days. Also, they were on time and gave up heads up on when they were leaving. This was one of the few places that actually installs sump pump systems if your house don't have one and is prone to basement/rain flooding. Lastly, they did use a cloth to shield the floor while working, workers wore plastic covers on their shoes to protect our carpet from the dirt, and they cleaned up after everything was finished. Most of everything was cleaned afterwards but remember to clean it yourself to make sure there's no dirt left on the walls or carpet.

Purchased stove to be delivered 2/11. They were a no show, no call. Called to inquire. We were informed they came at 9:20am and left at 10:30am.They said we did not answer the doorbell or answer phone calls. Little do they know, we have Ring. My wife was out front of our house from 8:45-10:50 doing miscellaneous things. All on video. Guess what? No one stopped by as they claimed. No missed calls either. I get that BB uses plumbing & Home Services Inc to deliver and install but what does that say about your own company when you hire businesses like this. Our stove doesn’t work. We needed it asap. Now we have to wait until 5/25/23.

The crew communicated with us and arrived on time. They installed our dishwasher quickly and cleaned the area they worked in. The guys were polite and did a great job. Would definitely have them again.

The service techs installed our dishwasher and washer. They were on time, knowledgeable and down to earth. My boys ages 6 and 8 at the time were so interested in what they were doing, and the techs didn’t mind them watching. In fact, they talked to my boys about one of their favorite video games-Stardew Valley as the techs played this game too. They also cleaned up after themselves and explained every step of their service and when I could start using my new appliances. I couldn’t be happier.

A bad experience. Here is why:
- careless and inexperienced technicians caused damage to our house (didn't check their work before leaving and clogged our hot water supply line)
- did not pull a permit for work that required a permit (questionable professional ethic)
- unacceptable customer service. General manager yelled at us on the phone after we just paid $1799 for their poor service
- Unwilling to accept a mistake they made and make it right

Went to this location for an estimate and they are no longer here. Called 3 times with no return calls. Where’s your new location? You guys should either update your address or close this location. This is really confusing and by the sounds of it, it’s happening a lot according to the new business that’s in your old location.

Our dishwasher wasn't working. We reached out to several companies to come and repair and got no answer. So we opted to purchase a new one and have it installed. MN Plumbing was the company that did the installation. They keep us in the loop, were timely and prompt and highly professional during the entire delivery and installation process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

Very pleased with our faucet installation. Bob Gulden did an excellent job. He was on time, did quality work. We appreciate his professionalism. It was difficult removing the old faucet but it was done efficiently. Would not hesitate using this company again.

Mike and his partners installed my GE CAFE dishwasher. They were efficient, friendly, very professional. They replaced the new Maytag that they installed two weeks ago that did not dry the dishes . They installed the new GE CAFE which I'm overjoyed cleaned and DRYED the dishes perfectly.

Two wonderful young people delivered and installed a new gas range. They inspected the item prior to delivery and documented the dings and scratches that were there from the manufacturer. They reported this to the retailer and informed us as well, providing the option to trade in for a different stove or get a cash rebate. I was impressed by that. They properly installed and leveled the stove and avoided causing damage to my doorframe as they carried the ranges in and out. They were polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. We are satisfied customers.

Had them out to install a washer and dryer through Best Buy (Jordan, Reed, and Noah). They were friendly and nice, but not professional. When unloading the washer and dryer from the truck, one of them tipped over onto the road. When moving everything in and out, they seemed inexperienced with lifting the appliances. Some scratches here and there on the washer and dryer doors. Washer install quality was good. Dryer install was initially good, and they attached my gas line to the wall correctly which was nice, but they didn't get the dryer vent fully seated. About a week after the install, it popped off and the dryer started exhausting straight into the laundry room.

Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to get them to do service again. Fine for appliance delivery and install (sure beats me having to lug everything up and down), could have been worse, but could have been better. I also had to remind them to send me the gas dryer install permit.

I hired MN Plumbing to install a new dishwasher. The guys were friendly and all seemed well. However, the first time I opened the door of the new dishwasher, the toe plate assembly caught the door, bent, and fell apart. Upon closer look, it had been installed incorrectly (pieces attached out of order and just wrong) and with the wrong (silver wood) screws. I suspect that the guys took the (black machine) screws the manufacturer provided or threw them away so that I wouldn't notice. The proper screws were not left with the manual and other items, and I have no way to get them now.

After discovering that shoddy work on such an easy piece of the installation, I am terrified to think of what they screwed up with the more complicated plumbing and electrical work they did.

I called the company twice to try to get someone to come fix the mistake but my calls were not returned. I paid $445 for a job that will now have to be redone. And the damaged dishwasher parts are unusable and will have to be replaced. I would steer clear of this company.

A couple guys from here came out to install washer, dryer, range and dishwasher. We paid a “premium” install fee in the dishwasher so that they would plumb it into our sinks hot water and drain. They claimed that was not part of the service and that it was an additional $350. I had previously verified that this was all covered and that install was not going to be an issue. Now I have to do the work and try to get a refund for the labor that was not performed. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I am giving 2 stars because the washer, dryer and range installs went just fine.

I have tried calling several times to get your address changed for the last year, and you still have not called me back, or removed yourself from this address.

2 months has passed since they ran a gas line without a permit. We paid them to pull a permit, and the city said they never pulled a permit. They must not want their work to be inspected by the city. They won’t reply or call back after multiple voicemails and attempts. If you’re looking for a plumber, keep looking! Thieves!

Ruben from MN Plumbing & Home Services did an amazing job removing the old sink, faucet and garbage disposal and replacing it with all new Ruvati sink workstation, Moen garbage disposal and Glacier Bay faucet.

New items and install purchased from Home Depot, St. Louis Park, MN. MN Plumbing was very quick to call and schedule installation in less than a week. Ruben arrived a little ahead of schedule and wasted no time taking the old out and installing the new. Super clean install and clean up on his part and made some aesthetic decisions which are greatly appreciated. It looks way beyond my expectations!! Thank you, Ruben, and thank you to MN Plumbing & Home Services for a job very well done!!
