For a last-minute panic call they send somebody out as soon as they could which was in an hour or two very efficient the plumber capped off the hot water heater gave us water throughout the whole house we had to wait two days for them to come to finish they did an outstanding job and really appreciate the efficiency highly recommended

Mostly good, quick, and efficient. However, I did have to have a GE service professional come out just a couple weeks after installation to diagnose a loud rattling and ultimately tighten a screw, which could've been avoided with a thorough torque check during installation.

I work in real estate, and I know the prices of things have continued to get more and more expensive, including a power blower or water heater. I'm currently selling my old home. I was disappointed to see that my existing tank appeared to be on the verge of springing a various serious leak.

I have some googling, everyone said that water heaters now had some fair and reasonable prices. And I even shopped them verse my go-to plumber. Their rates were fair, they were super quick, and they handled everything on the back end. Needless to say, I will be referring them business in the future. Tony was great at install and great at communicating. My water heater just had the permit closed out on it today for the city inspection. Very happy with the service.

If you need a new water heater, look no further. We noticed that our old water heater started leaking late on Friday afternoon. My husband called Nate and by 10 am on Saturday morning (20 hours later), we have a new water heater installed. Aidan was extremely professional and courteous, taking care to lay down drop cloths and wearing shoe covers through our carpeted lower level. He was efficient and thorough in explaining the temperature control, flushing process, and even gave us a science lesson on electrolysis to help explain why the anode rod has to be changed every 3 years. Water Heaters Now follows up via email with a YouTube video that explains how to do the flushing process if you choose to do it yourself. Aidan also made us aware that Water Heaters Now coordinates with the City Inspector to arrange an inspection at the customer's convenience. This ensures that their work is certified to city code. And, as a thank you for being a customer, we received an insulated tumbler. I usually get anxious when service people show up to do work in our house, but I was completely at ease and happy with this smooth transaction.

Fantastic service from start to finish, Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, let us know about code updates, pricing and other options available but never pushy, just informative. The speed of my call about my leaking old water heater to the install of the new Rheem 40 gallon water heater was very fast , we are very pleased with Water Heaters Now! Would highly recommend.

Called on a Monday morning because my hot water heater was leaking. They were able to schedule an appointment early afternoon the same day and arrived right on time. Pricing was very transparent during the initial conversation so there were no surprises. They did a great job making necessary upgrades to address new code requirements and left the area clean when they were done. Would highly recommend!

Purchased a new high efficiency water heater from Water Heaters Now! which they installed expertly and efficiently. All was plumbed neatly and all pipes stabilized with supports. But here is where companies show themselves. We did have some glitches with the water heater and Nate, Brooks and Tou where right on top of it and continued with the work until all was flawless. All without delay or prodding. Excellent company!

Installer was very pleasant and not pushy to try to sell us more than we needed. Service was very well coordinated, as once we signed the contract with the installer, another truck and staff member arrived to help dismantle our old water heater and deliver the new one. Several hours later the new water heater was installed and working well. Price isn't cheap but seemed consistent with what we heard from others.

So thankful they were able to come out within hours of my call and install a new water heater. They also had to get creative with the install, as the space my previous water heater was located blocked the entrance of my furnace filter abd made it difficult to insert the filter each month. They did a great job!!
