We’ve been having main line issues for what feels like forever and had other places come out with no fix. Matt came out and did an amazing job, we thank you for coming in and getting it done quickly and thoroughly!

My old house needs some drain help every few years. I’ve used DC Annis several times now. The customer service is spot on, the techs are always well trained, very friendly and professional. I don't know how they compare on price and I don’t care because when you find a great vendor like DC Annis you stick with them. They always deliver.

Great prices and super crew! This is my 2nd time using DC Annis (darn tree roots!) so I wanted to share my great experiences - my cleanout valve is in my newly remodeled walk-in closet in my finished basement. I did not realize how difficult it would be to access that area (all white walls) but Bartholomew made extra efforts using a lot of plastic draping and cardboard to protect my white walls and new white closet units. He was so careful to avoid scratching any walls while carrying down the heavy machinery used to clean out the drain, and he did 2 passes to ensure it was fully cleaned out. Prior to both services I priced 2 other sewer companies and both times DC Annis had much better prices - plus, their customer care is fantastic!

Mike was prompt and courteous. He did the job quickly. We have hired DC Annis for years and can trust them to do the work well.

I have had DC Annis out twice now over the years to take a look at issues with my main sewer line, in both cases they were especially helpful and knowledgeable. The most recent time Tim came out and helped me with multiple issues and questions, plus figured out what a pipe was for that multiple other vendors weren't able to figure out. Very grateful to DC Annis!

The technician Nate did an awesome job. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.

We had a clogged drain line. Called about 5 others, and DCAS was able to come out same day and get us flowing again. Tech Larry is a gem ( works NW Metro), and was punctual and had us going within 45 mins. Will definitely call them and refer again!

Matthew W came out today to clear our main line, which was backing up. Fantastic service and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what caused the backup and what he did to correct it. Will be using them going forward and will request Matthew every time!

We had our floor drain back up on a Saturday and called Dc Annis. They had great customer service and were very transparent. We were expecting a few hour wait, but about an hour later I got a call saying they were on the way. Not only was the technician good at his job, but he was also extremely professional! He explained what he thought had happened and help calm the situation. And to top it off, the cost was a lot cheaper than I thought! I will recommend and will use them in the future!

DC Annis Sewer Inc serviced an adjacent property. Instead of following google maps and parking in the appropriate lot, he ignored no trespassing/private property signs and parked in our small, private lot. He had to traverse snow piles and pass additional no trespassing sign to reach his client. I notified him that he was not authorised to park where he had. He smirked at me and remarked ‘did I cost you any money’. The answer is yes. He continued to sit in his vehicle parked. It took a third time informing him with a cell phone pulled out for him to respect my request for him to leave the premises. Vehicle was a white ford van, license plate KXU311.

The technician was very friendly and professional. The service was excellent and he cleaned everything up afterwards.

We recently utilized DC Annis to clear our main drain a couple weeks back, we have used them in the past and will continue to do so as the need arises. Matt W. provided great service and was really nice; he explained what he was doing which was appreciated.

I cannot recommend them enough! almost don’t even want to say “ask for Matt” because I don’t want him to be busy for whenever we need him next… Honestly tho, ask for Matt. He’s super professional, timely, kind, great at his work, and was super nice to my 3 kids who were home with me at the time of service.

Had a clogged drain. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They called and said the tech would be here within 30 minutes and he was. The tech, Michael, was very professional, kind and courteous. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and what it would cost. Once he began working, it took him no time at all to clear the clogged drain. When he was finished clearing the drain, he made sure the area was clean.

I would definitely recommend this company! Everyone was friendly, from the office staff to the tech.
