Their staff repaired my completely clogged kitchen sink with a metal snake cleaning all the way into the stack drain pipe on the far side of the basement. Then they teamed the roots out of the pipe connecting the basement with the sewer in the street!

Tim D. came out within 1hr of calling, we had a stubborn drain clog mixed with food and hair. He got everything working and stuck around to ensure everything drained properly and they gave us a 30 day warranty on the work. They were also the only ones who gave me a price range over the phone. Strongly recommend and I will call them again if we have any other plumbing needs pop up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired D.C. Annis Sewer, Inc. (Clogged Plumbing) to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Instead of resolving the issue, the technician broke a pipe, which resulted in black water flooding our basement and contaminating the area. What should have been a straightforward $300 service to unclog the sink has now turned into an $8,000 expense, including hiring a separate plumber and a mitigation company to address the black water damage. When we contacted the company to discuss a resolution, we were rudely dismissed and offered no assistance or accountability. I am sharing this review to help others avoid going through the same stressful and costly experience.

Brandon provided excellent work .He initially said after assessing our pipes that it was not wise to try and unclog the pipes due to a the risk of flooding with cracks in the pipes.He recommended having a Plumber come in 1st. After the plumber did 4 hours repairing the pipes Brandon returned and did an excellent job unclogging the pipes. The plumber said Brandon made an excellent recommendation having the plumbing work done before the unclogging. Brandon was highly skillful, professional, and customer friendly. He gets an A plus.

DC Annis has done a great job with mainline cleaning at our home once again. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the work was done well and efficiently. The technician explained everything clearly. I will continue to call on DC Annis and can recommend with no reservations.

Nate, the D.C.Annis technician, actually arrived about 1/2 hour before the scheduled range of time (Noon to 5PM) that was set up by their scheduler. My basement floor drain has been backing up and was in need of service. On a proactive basis I also scheduled the basement shower drain. The main drain was very resistant to the drain snake and was proving to be a challenge, so Nate tried a larger cutter and was successful. Nate was very professional and explained the process to my satisfaction. Nate also suggested some non-chemical alternatives to maintaining the drain, including more regular clean-outs (D.C. Annis had last been here about 5-1/2 years) Even though the clean-out this time was more difficult the total quoted cost for both drains of $334 was honored. Nate did an excellent job of representing his company and I would request him again for any future service.

Brandon helped us last night with a flooding kitchen sink backed up from a stacked condo plumbing system and he was so great. He was knowledgeable, fast and he answered so many questions without an ounce of irritation at 9:30pm.
10/10 will be using this company again
