David was excellent! He fixed my problem correctly and even looked at a couple other things I need to have done. Great, patient, kind and great value for the cost.

Added a gas line to the kitchen for a new gas range. After some initial contact issues, David was very responsive, reasonable and did quality work. Highly recommended!

Finding the right specialist in the trade industry is always difficult. You just never know what you're going to get. I was in a bit of a crunch to get a leak in my water line to my refrigerator fixed, and had no clue who to go to.

On a whim I gave Oakland Plumbing a call, and Dave was able to squeeze me into his busy day. This man is top notch! Not only a quality plumber, but you will be hard pressed to find anyone as friendly and kindhearted as Dave. I hope to not have plumbing issues in the future, but when they inevitably come, I will without a doubt be going back to Oakland plumbing.

Dave was the only plumber of the dosens I contacted that would assist me to resolve a warranty exchange with a company that doesn't distribute locally any more. He then offered to do the install work for half the cost of the competition. Outstanding gentleman!!! He will be my first call for ALL future plumbing needs.

Awesome experience. I had a shower handle cartrage I was trying to replace and the outer sleeve stayed in the valve. Other plumbers were going to jump right to ripping the wall up and putting a new valve in, but Dave suggested threading it and pulling it out which worked! Rare to find people willing to help save you money like this when they could make a lot more off you.

Dave was wonderful. I just moved to Apple Valley and had a problem with my water heater. Turns out it wasn't a big issue, I just don't know anything about that sort of stuff. He came right away in the a.m. and was in and out. Very kind and good pricing. Will definitely call him when I need any other plumbing help. You can stop researching now, call the number!

Dave was a pleasant surprise compared to dealing with other local plumbers that can't quote their parts and labor and require a drive-out truck fee just to look at your plumbing in order to quote parts and labor.
Moreover, of the local plumbers that will quote parts and labor without a drive-out truck fee, Dave was available the same day whereas the other two closest candidates wanted me to wait a week to two weeks to address my plumbing issue. Granted my issue was just the replace of the temperature regulator in the shower and tub, which is hardly an emergency, Dave indicated when he could fit me in his same day schedule and arrived on time and completed the repair in less than a half hour for the quoted parts and labor. Only draw-back if any is that Dave does NOT take credit-cards, just cash and checks.

It's rare to find a business that puts the customer first. Dave fixed a plumbing issue fast and at a value. We'd give him 6 stars if we could. Any future plumbing issue will be directed to Dave at Oakland Plumbing.

Dave did a fantastic job for us. When I first called him to check on an estimate, he gave us a ballpark estimate over the phone without charging to come out and look at the job. I know that may have changed based on what really had to be done, but he was willing to give an estimate, which I really appreciated. In our case, he was right on the price, and I thought his rates were very fair. He did great work and is our go-to plumber for any future job. I highly recommend Oakland Plumbing!

City desk. Not even remotely friendly. No time for customers I guess. I just walked in so they don’t know me from Adam. They have no idea that I spent $7,000 just a couple months ago.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Not pleased at all with the service there. Was referred there by Ace Hardware. The girl was rude and had an attitude. I live in the south suburbs and will go out of my way to St. Paul or even Minneapolis to take my business elsewhere. Talking with my wallet Ferguson. So long.

We purchased over 8k in product from Ferguson Plumbing Supply, part of the cost were two medicine cabinets, $750 apiece. In one of the cabinets, one of the shelves kept falling down. I was told from a Ferguson employee that they just supply the product and have no responsibility if it is defective. They told me to call the medicine cabinet maker. As far as I am concerned Ferguson Plumbing Supply has poor customer service, and unsatisfactory product support after a sale.

I just called and ordered a couple parts from them and Anthony was great, didn’t have the parts in stock but gave me a couple options. Decided to have them UPS to me in two days. Price was good and I was very happy with the service.
