Excellent experience. The scheduler was friendly and able to get us in quickly. Michael was knowledgable and explained clearly what he found. Took care of the problem quickly and gave us some good tips to keep everything running smoothly.

We had a clogged drain. Called DC Annis and tech Nate arrived. Very professional and made time to answer our questions and provided info to help this not happen again. Drain was cleared in about an hour. Wonderful service!

DC Annis came out within 5 hours of my non-emergency call and did an INCREDIBLE job! Their technician (Nate) was very helpful, explained what he found, how he was addressing it and what we could do to prevent further clogging. He also made a great suggestion for timing of future cleanouts to keep the drains running more smoothly. I definitely recommend D.C. Annis!

I just had Nate out this morning to clear my main drain line. He was not only very professional, but also a genuinely good person. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up thoroughly. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I most definitely recommend him.

We had a clogged main line. Nate T was able to come out on a Sunday in under 3 hours and was able to quickly diagnosis where the issue occurred and next steps. He did an excellent job explaining what the issue was, recommendations for future, and was kind and polite to the kids who inevitably had questions.

Nate was the first plumber that didn’t leave a massive mess and did an awesome job. I would recommend using Nate.

Michael did a fantastic job clearing a clog for this kitchen drain. He was fast, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. I called the office around 8:15am and issue was solved by 12:00pm or so. Very pleased, would recommend!
