We called Charles Conner to fix a leak from our bathtub that was going through the ceiling of our basement. He came out the next day after we called him and installed new fixtures in the bathtub shower and then came out a week later to complete fixing the drain. We were very happy with his work and his professionalism. We will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

Both of my toilets were clogged beyond what a plunger could remedy. Charles came out after hours and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and even gave me an estimate on installing new toilets. I highly recommend him.

I have used Charles Conner plumbing three or four times. Charles is very efficient and professional and reasonably priced for the services he provided. The process was very easy and the repairs were done quickly and everything was running like nothing ever happened!

After trying to fix a clog and instead causing a new leak on a Saturday morning, I called around a few places before getting in touch with Charles about 8:15 am. He added me to his list, updated his route to start at our place, and by 10:30 am he and Louise were out the door and my corroded pipe had been replaced and plumbing reassembled. Two hours and 15 minutes phone call to completion. On a Saturday morning. AMAZING. And his prices were VERY competitive. Can't recommend Charles Conner Plumbing enough. Charles was quick to return my phone call and understood the job over the phone and able to quote me how much it costs. Came out the next day and did a great job and fixed my shower line and faucet. I will hire him again and I highly recommend him.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I was initially satisfied with the work until I realized my water softener was installed improperly, and the outside hose valve they used was not an actual spigot making it hard to connect the hose. I've been waiting over a year now for my water softener install to be corrected, and I have little hope of this ever actually getting done.

Had a possible leak by our water meter & our pressure valve needed to be replaced. Called in the afternoon & was able to get an appointment for the following morning . Charles came out and got the job done quickly. Great price in comparison to other quotes we had! Super friendly as well. Thanks!

Charles was able to get me in right away at a low price I had not found. I sent picture and he knew exactly what was needed. Andreas was incredible! Had to run to the store for a part, took his time, and made sure to check all systems were a go! He is hardworking, kind, and was a pleasure to work with!

Called Charles and his crew for a laundry tub removal/replacement and a new floor drain after experiencing some overflow. They showed up on time and worked through the day to get the job done right. Charles was courteous and reasonable and offered a solid value. Will look for his services again.

This is my first time using Charles Conner Plumbing Inc. services and I definitely will use their service again for my plumbing needs. I contacted Charles on Wednesday 10/19 to investigate issues with my water pressure. I was not expecting to receive services until later or next week; however, Charles was able to squeeze an appointment in for me in his schedule. He is very responsive to both calls and texts; even communicated to me that he was running late after being at another client longer than anticipated. Upon investigation he reported that my main water line was corroded and needed replacement; in addition to, he suggested replacing the valves for easier access/use. At that moment he provided me a quote that was reasonable for the work needed to be done.

Charles arrived on 10/24 to perform the service as it was the only day the city had someone available to come shut off the main water supply to my home. He arrived earlier than expected and I am glad he did, because the work he needed to do took longer due to other discoveries with my plumbing. Charles was very communicative during the entire process and also took care of the other issues he found. After the work was completed, he had me inspect the quality to ensure I was satisfied and showed me how to do follow-up on his work thereafter. The quote was only $100 more than the original due to ending up needing longer time to work and assisting in tackling the other issues he found.

I highly recommend Charles and will continue to work with him in the future.

Charles and his team were extremely timely, professional and effective helping us deal with an emergency leak in the piping under our kitchen. They dealt with the problem very quickly and helped us understand what was going on every step of the way. Would highly recommend and will definitely be giving them a call with any future plumbing needs!

Please beware. Chuck showed up at my house over an hour late 2 times. He did not have the correct blade to snake through the main drain. He needed me to assist him. The last machine he brought did not push the snake through he had to push it through. He brought his dog to our house for the second visit. He did not resolve my issue and demanded $1500.00. I did not pay him that amount. Oh yes His dog ran away from him twice. He ran through the neighborhood screaming his dogs name “Jake”It was an absolute Saturday night Live Skit. Roto Rooter came the next morning on time resolved the clog in 1 hour charged $400.00 please beware.

I would not recommend this business, like at all. First day he canceled, had to take his dog to the vet. Fine, understandable. However on the second day he postponed 3 different times. Honestly I was willing to look beyond his tardiness but prior to him arriving I recieved texts he said were intended for his gf in which he described meeting with a dealer to aquire "a big piece of rock. Candy rock candy. I like the rock candy." This is verbatim, I have the messages to prove it. I'm no expert but I'm willing to wager those are drug references. After I recieved those texts I told him not to bother showing up and I'd seek service elsewhere. He showed up anyway and let his dog out of the vehicle unleashed onto my property. He's lucky my dogs were not out as they are dog aggressive and would have eaten his chihuahua. I went outside and told him to leave immediately. He sent me unintelligible rambling. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend to anyone.

Called Charles with a water leak and was prompt to get back with me on availability and price was very reasonable and leak was fixed in a great timely manner have some further projects needed to been done and willing to use Charles Conner’s plumbing in the future

Please do not call this man home and don’t do business with him. He is a terrible guy.
If he comes inside your house he won’t leave and give you millions reasons . He gets his dog with him . Drops of his dog and goes to home depo to get a part for fixing the sink. That’s what he says. After calling many times he comes and breaks the pipes and demands money from us. At last he asks us if he can stay at our home saying he is homeless. Please beware of this guy. Don’t let this man inside your house.

Did my water heater same day I called. Very professional service, clean and organized. Excellent price. Will use again and recommend to friends.

They arrived quickly. Added shutoff valves to bathtub faucet and repaired the leak. Very happy with the service!

The installed our new washer and dryer. They did an excellent job, we have 100 year old house and they did a great job getting everything up to code.

Michelle was incredibly responsive, contacting me on a Sunday morning after I sent an email late on Saturday night. The homeowner (me) screwed something up on a prior project, and MN Plumbing (Mike) came out within a day to fix my mistake, free of additional charge beyond the prior project fee. I could not be more pleased, and I will continue to use MN Plumbing for future needs and services.

Had them install a dishwasher. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Took them a short time to get everything running and showed me how everything works. Great job!
