My water heater started leaking water and I called American Plumbing Inc after reading the positive reviews online. The ensuing service was even better than I expected. Jason responded to my house shortly after and did a great job. Jason was very respectful, knowledgeable and he ended up replacing my water heater for a very fair price. The work was timely and well done. I plan on contacting American Plumbing Inc again for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Jason and his son Miles were absolutely outstanding. As new home owners, we had minimal knowledge of what was necessary to replace or repair. Jason brought all of the replacement parts we needed, and walked me through pretty much every step of the repairs and replacements that needed to happen. Jason, has been our “family” plumber for several years now. He is always polite, timely , efficient and fairly priced. Other family members have used him over the years as well.

Jason came out to look at some leaking indoor shut off valves for our outdoor spigots as well as replacing the shut off valves on our washing machine. He was extremely personable and more than happy to explain everything he was doing. He even took a look at our toilet shut off valves and kitchen faucet for no additional charge, reassuring me none of those items needed repairs or replacement. He also gave me some pointers on things I can repair myself. Zero attempts to upsell me on anything (unlike most of the other companies). Jason is a true professional and genuinely enjoys his work and keeping his customers happy. He had me text him some photos of the valves I called about and sent me a FREE estimate without coming out to our house. His pricing is about half of what Bonfe charges, who we’ve used previously. Jason has earned a customer for life and I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.
