I was extremely impressed with Jason. He was very professional and did an awesome job. Had rusty pipes that needed to be replaced and took care of the leak in my shower.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any plumbing problems, he was very, very honest as well. 5 stars!!

Our Hot water heater was leaking and I found Jason and American Plumbing off the AO Smith Website. I called him later in the day Friday and he said because of the style of hot water heater he would be out on Monday. Little over an hour we had hot water. Also added a Faucet valve for my sprinkler system so It will drain easier.
He put down tarps on the carpet and left everything the way it was when he arrived.

Cant thank Jason enough. Definitely will offer his company up to anyone that asks about getting a new hot water heater

We had a leaking pipe in the ceiling, total nightmare for a homeowner. Jason was so AMAZING, he fit us in right away to diagnose the issue and cap it off so we could at least turn our main water valve back on, of course this happened late on a Thursday so if he wouldn't have fit us in, we could have gone the whole weekend without water. He came back the next week and fixed everything, we were back in business before we even knew it. Very honest, reliable, great communication and the price was very reasonable. We really appreciated using his services and will definitely call again when we have a plumbing concern. Thank you so much!!

Jason was great! He responded quickly when I called and was honest and upfront about cost. He arrived on time and not only fixed our problem, but also explained how all the parts worked as he was repairing the faucet. He also took a look at our other faucet which hasn't been working for no additional charge. Jason and Miles were great and very personable. We had a pipe burst in our basement and they were able to get here in within the hour to fix it. They were fast, efficient, and even checked the outside spigots and upstairs lines for completeness. I will definitely have them come back in the spring to replace the outdoor spigot.

Jason is now my plumber for life. Will be referring him to everyone I know. We had a pressure reducing valve crack end of day Friday with water spewing into our utility room. Had a water sensor alarm go off and was able to shut off the main valve to save out basement. My plumber for years had retired and I was looking at a potential weekend without water. I was referred to Jason Schmidt at American Plumbing Inc. He was over in under 30 minutes and had the valve replaced and everything back as it should be with expert skill. Incredible professional, super genuine guy, a master at his trade, and really fair with his pricing. Felt like I got great value with great workmanship. Going to be using him now for a number of other plumbing jobs. He is an amazing master plumber you can rely on and trust. Big thanks Jason for being there for me in our time of need!

As with the first time we used American Plumbing, we were not disappointed with the second time. Jason is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a great job. His prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Would give this company more stars if I could!

I called Jason about a broken furnace humidifier valve and he fit me into his schedule that very morning. He expertly diagnosed the cause of the prior valve’s failure and replaced it with a proper fitting that should last a lifetime. I am completely impressed with Jason’s work and will definitely call him first for my future plumbing needs!

Late on a Saturday afternoon, my hot water heater gasped its last breath and decided to empty itself of water all over the basement floor. One call to my plumber Jason, and he was here with his son in about an hours' time. They efficiently replaced the hot water heater, gas and water valves, and added a pressure relief tank. Outstanding service from a great guy. I highly recommend!

They were on time and very helpful in replacing with two busted faucets. Very friendly and explained everything they were doing.

I called about 5 different plumbing companies claiming to do "emergency service" but none could come out until normal business hours (if they had a technician available). I landed on American Plumbing, contacted them and got a call super fast. Jason is great! He talked me through stopping my water leak at 4 in the morning until he was able to get out to me. He's very knowledgeable, gave us great advice and a few homeowner pointers. I will be contacting him again for my water softener repair.

Jason is responsive and does great work, allowing me to choose from "quick and easy" to "full-replacement". He had our 47-year-old outdoor faucet back in tip-top shape in no time! We had a new refrigerator delivered and discovered a water pipe leak in the process. We had used Jason’s services before, so I called him and he was quick to come out. He was thorough, informative, and fixed the issue. After that, Lowe’s “installation” employees came out to finish their job - or so I thought. They were unprepared and incapable of doing what they said they’d do (a basic installation). When Jason fixed our leak issue, he said “If you have any problems, or if the installation guys have issues, you call me!” So I did .. he tried walking through the installation steps with the Lowe’s guys on the phone .. they had no idea what they were doing. Out of the kindness of his heart, Jason came out the next day - and even made a stop to get a part that I might need. He completed what was NOT his job. I cannot recommend him enough. He’s passionate about what he does, and more importantly, he CARES about his customers. He was truly the light in a horrendous situation.

Jason is the best! Today he replaced my sprinkler anti-backflow pressure valve. Jason does it right the first time, and his price is fair, not bloated like some big name local companies. HIGHLY recommend!

Jason responded to middle of the night inquiry at 6:45 am. I texted him photos he requested. By 8:15 he arrived with a replacement water heater. He had it efficiently installed and old unit removed to his van, all by 9:30 am. And he did this on his day off! Service above and beyond expectations. His price was competitive with CenterPoint Energy.
