Great family owned company, came out to work on shower valve replacement with copper piping under home warranty. Assisted with communication with warranty company while they were on-site. Personable, quick, willing to complete same day, but I requested matching dark hardware for our existing bathroom amenities, and they only had chrome on hand. They came back with matching hardware within the week. We didn't get other quotes since it was covered under warranty so can't vouch for cost, but they seem very reliable.

I highly recommend Spetz Plumbing. They removed our old concrete utility sink and faucet and replaced it with all new fixtures at a reasonable price. They were very communicative and easy to get a hold of.

I had a great experience with this family-owned business. Mike came out and did the job at a very reasonable price. There was a small issue afterward, but as soon as I called, he came back the same day and fixed it. He also fixed my toilet flange while he was here. That kind of honesty and customer care is hard to find. Highly recommend!

Bill from Spetz Plumbing did Repair work in my home on both my bathroom, plumbing and my kitchen plumbing. The bathroom plumbing was on a very old toilet with a separated tank and stool that needed not only original parts, but Bill came up with some options that improved on the original parts to repair the toilet system. He was patient thoughtful had good attention to detail and found creative solutions. Do some of the parts not fitting as well as they should excellent work. Bill finished the plumbing job so quickly I asked him to look at a plugged drain that has been bothering us on and off for years in our kitchen. Bill took the Complicated three sink Drain set up apart in minutes phone not one but two plugs and ref fitted us with a larger drain pipe and a much more effective drain system. Was very pleased with Bill‘s work and I’d like to make Spetz Plumbing, my new permanent first call for all types of plumbing help. I highly recommend them for good work, reasonable prices, and creative solutions

Very happy with our overall experience. Bill showed up when expected, did excellent work and was always friendly. It was easy and convenient to schedule appointments and when any scheduling conflict arose Elaina always found a quick solution. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Spetz relocated a toilet in our hallway bathroom. Michael initially quoted our project. He was quick, efficient, answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable. Bill completed the work - he was always on time, professional, and easy to work with. He was able to complete the project with minimizing the size of the holes in the wall to relocate the plumbing, I was expecting much larger holes.

Christine and Elaina sent communications keeping me up to date when they would be arriving and were quick to respond to communication when I reached out.

I contacted Spetz plumbing three weeks ago to have a gas line installed to the kitchen. I received an immediate response from Elaina and I proceeded to set up the initial service call to have an estimate put together. I was updated every step of the way through email and text, including when the technician would arrive.

Since the estimate was in the ballpark (but slightly over what we had budgeted), I decided to go with them because Bill, who came out, appeared to be a straight-shooter and explained the installation process. I set up the installation the day after the new gas range was to be delivered so that the line could be put in and connected in one-go.

After it was put in, I called Elaina to understand how the city inspection would be handled and she explained the process to me. On the day of the inspection, Bill arrived ahead of the inspector and made sure everything was in good order and ready. The inspection went without a hitch and my wife and I are pleased at how it all went.

I would highly recommend Spetz Plumbing to anyone in the Twin Cities area, especially those in the Western suburbs. They will work with you to address any concerns you may have. They are a family-run business and we need to support companies like theirs.

Called them for repair- never got a call back. The first time I called them- they were lovely, they were busy but gave me a number of someone who could help me right away. Don't know why they never called me back the second time.
