Really did an amazing job. Very happy to support a local business who do such good work. On time, super transparent about pricing, did great work. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Devin came out on time and prepared.......replaced the part causing the main issue and then diagnosed an additional issue and ran and got the additional part and got us up and running. Incredibly smart, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

They were unable to book an appointment to come to my home, but Beth went above and beyond in providing directions so that I could repair the minor issue on my own. Good luck finding customer service like that anywhere else. Needless to say, they will be the first call for help with my appliances in the future.

Was only quoted a $89 service fee when I called to schedule. After Roy came to the house and said the compressor is suppose to run all the time and there was really no diagnosis to fix my 'running all the time' issue, he asked for $89 plus $40 stating the $40 was for his time. Confused. He only lives a few blocks away. To me, a service fee and his time are basically the same thing.

Appliance Hero fixed my broken ice maker. They did not follow up when they said they would, which is why this is not a 5 star review. They were VERY reasonable on there pricing and I would not hesitate to use them again for kitchen appliances.

Our diagnosis was quick and accurate, and resulted in getting us a new fridge under extended warranty. We had a small hiccup with service that was quickly made right with no fuss. This is a delightful company to work with.

We are so happy we hired Appliance Hero to fix our water heater after we came home from vacation to water disaster in our basement. The service was perfect and the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely hire this company again!

Well, we just found our AC/furnace/gas fireplace guy. We've lived in our home for over 4 years and we have tried several companies for servicing our furnace. Most of them charged way too much, and certainly did not go out of their way to provide information that we needed to know, that we didn't know we needed to know. You will struggle to find better customer service. I also love that they are a husband and wife team, and not a big corporate franchise, and yet they still managed to make a super last minute visit when our AC started to go out.

I called over the weekend about my wash machine. They came out Monday afternoon! Devin is so professional and personable! I will definitely use this company again!!

We had our AC go out this weekend, and have been miserable with the 90+ degrees heat. We so appreciative Roy coming on a holiday weekend to help us out. We also appreciated them being completely honest about all costs and repairs throughout the whole process, while also giving us some helpful tips through it all. We highly recommend!!!

We are so thankful to have found Roy. He repaired our washing machine and dishwasher. We have older machines and did not want to part with them yet. He is helping us to be able to continue to use them and get many more years out of them. When he was here fixing the dishwasher, our kitchen sink had a problem of long standing and he was able to help us with that as well. He is affordable, efficient, kind, and professional. He followed up with us to make sure the washer and dishwasher were working. On top of all of that, he is not judgmental about the messy laundry room and kitchen!

I needed a pro to move a custom built-in refrigerator and had no idea who would do this. After most places tried to sell me something else, I used an internet search to find Appliance Hero. Roy came by that same day and figured out how to engage the wheels and move it. Fairly priced, friendly, and ready for anything. I would and will turn to him first for future appliance related needs.

Roy really is my hero! In addition to fixing my appliances, he teaches me about them. I feel safe having him in my home and talking with him about machines that intimidate me generally. I recommend Roy, my Appliance Hero to you.

Beth gave me tips and tricks on how to fix my garbage disposal myself...from one woman to another this was amazing. I feel like my own appliance hero! Thank you for your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and the opportunity to save a few dollars on a really simple fix.

My Husband and I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and paid to have it installed. Long story short they failed us and didn't show up to install it (they couldn't "find" our address). Meanwhile we have a new dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen.

I spoke with Beth and she was so helpful and got us setup. Devin came out and was able to come a couple days sooner. He was polite, informative and took the time to make a couple quick but essential fixes that would save us issues in the future. I would 100% recommend this company. Home depots fail helped us stumble across this company and we will now being utilizing them for any future issues.
