Reviews of local pros in Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Final product was exceptional! JP was wonderful to work with and very attentive to what was happening. Took much longer than anticipated (and originally scheduled) as there were issues with communication resulting in delays, but JP and the final product made the difficulties worth it! If time isn’t a factor, JP at 10K construction is a joy to work with and is highly knowledgeable.

Troy has been amazing. 10K has done several projects for us and every time Troy has made sure that everything was done exactly as it should be and up to my expectations. Any little thing that needed to be addressed was immediately taken care of as a standard business practice.

If you want it done right this is who you want .

After years of patch jobs, we finally decided to replace the roof. Jake and Craig from 10K Construction were recommended by a neighbor, and they lived up to the hype. The work was top-notch, the team was respectful, and the job was done in just two days. You don’t find many contractors like them anymore — honest, skilled, and reliable.

We used 10K for our deck and could not be happier!! They were fast, efficient, detailed, and did an amazing job throughout the entire process! I will definitely be calling them for my next big project!

I appreciate the honesty. We had some questions about a modified truss that we found in our attic. Tom Sletten explained it and put our minds at ease. I'm glad I know an honest contractor.

I highly recommend 10k. JP was outstanding to work with for the replacement of my roof from storm damage. He was very professional. We had a very short time frame to replace it and get it submitted to insurance. Just a few weeks. He assured me they could and they did!!!! It was a pleasure working with him and the team that did the work were amazing. Awesome work and clean-up was amazing as well. Thank you all!!?

Needed a new roof due to some storm damage. Jake was very quick with an estimate and guided us through the process. He and his team definitely went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure it was done on time and we were on a very tight schedule due to moving across the country. The roof is beautiful and 10K has been hands down the best contractors I’ve worked with so far.

Craig came out and inspected our house when we found some water spots on the ceiling. We originally thought our roof was leaking but after his inspection in the attic, he found our bathroom exhaust vent was disconnected from the roof and blowing all the moisture in the attic. They fixed the vent and we decided to re-insulate the attic to bring it up to today’s code.
Honest group of guys for sure! We’ll use them again in the future.

Troy worked diligently with the insurance company to get my claim settled. Everyone with connected 10K Construction was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The contractors were very careful in the setup and take down of ladders and scaffolding and while doing the work. When finished, they completely cleaned up the work areas. When they left, you would hardly know that they had been here, except for the fact that I now had a new roof and no water stains on my ceilings.

Justin Freberg is great. 10K did some work for me when I owned a fitness center. They were professional, detailed, and went above and beyond with service. I highly recommend 10K Construction!

We had an excellent experience with 10K construction and their team! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and did outstanding work on our roof. They showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and finished right on schedule. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch — our roof looks fantastic and we feel confident it will last for years. Communication was clear and honest throughout the entire process, which really put us at ease. We highly recommend 10K construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy and honest roofing contractor who delivers great results! ask for Tom.. this guy knows how to follow through and knows the business!!

10K Construction is the only contractor / construction company you will ever need. I’ve now had the privilege of working with Jake, Troy, and Justin, ALL OF WHOM are top shelf folks. This company understands service and excellence. I simply cannot recommend them any higher!

I have worked with Jake Iskierka and his amazing team over at 10K for years. Aside from his teams amazing customer service, attention to detail, thoroughness, education, and doing exactly what they tell you he will do, Jake is an amazing person to his core. I will continue to call Jake and 10k for all my home construction needs and will continue to refer this amazing company to everyone I know. Thanks again Jake and thank you to everyone at 10k for delivering incredible service and a superior product from beginning to end!

JP as Project Manager did a fantastic job for roofing my house with 10 K construction. He was thorough in how he evaluated my old roof and listened and answered all my questions and concerns. JP was able to negotiate a good price with some discounts that made it possible for me to choose 10 K construction. It just appeared they would do the best job overall, in comparison to other bids. JP was able to find exactly the right black shingles that I wanted. The work crew was very professional and strong, worked quickly at a good pace, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. My neighbor commented that they were the most quiet roofing crew he had ever seen. My house looks just fantastic now, is safe and secure and I am so very thankful! I highly recommend JP and 10 K Construction. Peggy

Troy and the crew at 10k did an awesome job replacing our roof. The communication was excellent and any questions we had were answered. We were in good hands and highly recommend 10k Construction for your needs.

We had a great experience working with 10K Construction. Our main contact was Tom Sletten. He was who we first met with, inspected our roof, provided the estimate and oversaw our project. He was very professional and was excellent about explaining the timeline. The installation crew was on time, worked efficiently and left our property clean when the work was done. We are super happy with the finished product and would highly recommend 10K to anyone looking for a referral!

This man that I’ve known for a couple decades. Troy has shocked me with his innovation, skills, envisions, attentiveness and his mind blowing conversations over the years.

Troy Miller has always shown me he lives upon a passion of always being five stars with customer service.

As Troy Miller himself would say, here’s some honorable proof photos from a custom design and built by himself, Cedar Sauna.

Don’t look past Troy, take a moment to find out you’re working with one of the best in the industry. Highly recommended, red carpet and white glove services!
