Reviews of local pros in Coon Rapids, Minnesota

We had A & D Creative Landscaping install a 15x15 fire pit patio with sitting wall/pillars and we absolutely love it. Adrian and his crew are professional and excellent to work with. If you are looking to add a nice centerpiece to your backyard, I highly recommend these guys for the job. Thanks A & D, job well done!

Oh my goodness, were we lucky to find Adrian and A&D Creative Landscaping! We bought a newly built house that had a mud pit for a yard. Adrian worked with us from day one to make our vision for the yard a reality. Adrian answered all calls and text messages within an hour and kept us informed regarding progress and schedule. Both he and his team were courteous, respectful and cleaned up each day to ensure that there were minimal interruptions to our daily life. I will absolutely recommend the A&D team for any projects you may be considering. We will be hiring them for any future projects at our home!

Adrian was friendly, professional and a great communicator from the beginning to the end of our project. They were very cautious of the amount of damage to our yard while working and made sure to clean up the site before leaving. The design, build time and quality of our paver patio was outstanding! I would definitely recommend A&D Landscaping!

We hired A&D Creative to build a retaining wall in our backyard and we are beyond happy with the results! They were wonderful to work with to get an estimate, got the whole project done in just two days, and took the time to fill in and patch any treads left in the grass by the machinery. We would absolutely call them again in the future. Thanks A&D for doing such a great job!

A&D landscaping did an amazing job on our backyard retaining walls. We had difficult sloping yard that needed new retaining walls and Adrian and his crew came and made a beautiful transformation.
They were efficient, timely, considerate, very neat and friendly.. They came worked hard and did exactly what they said they would do. They left our house and yard clean and spotless every evening. The walls are perfect in every respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants professional, quality work done.

David and crew made our vision come to life! Considerate, timely and delivered results and service way beyond expectation. Thank you David!

The guys did an amazing job on my paver patio. They worked quickly with all hands on deck. I’m very pleased with the outcome. It is very beautiful. A+ with the cuts and detail finishing. I would definitely recommend their services.

A&D did an awesome job from start to finish. I helped my parents find a great company (after a lot of research) and they did not disappoint. They were originally going to have to wait till end of August, early September to get the job completed but had a last minute reschedule so they fit them in earlier. The crew was super efficient and very professional - neat and clean as well. My parents are excited to see everything grow and come to life…and last for years to come. They couldn’t be any happier!

We are so glad we used Adrian & David for our landscaping. They solved our drainage issue and put new rock and edging around the house. We now have 2 new beautiful patios and a variety of plantings. They do all the work themselves with additional crew in a very timely manner. Both of them are great guys!

Wonderful work done by A&D. Worked with David to get setup on everything from bid to finish. Very good communicator and got the job done very quickly after we accepted the bid. They pulled out all the old rock from around our home and replaced several areas of broken edging. Re graded the landscape around the house, re-edged, laid out new river rock and built a boulder wall on the side of the house where it was steep. Also built a beautiful paver patio in the front of our house to use as a conversation area and enjoy some sunshine! Highly recommend their work!

Jake and the crew at 10K Construction always come through for us. As a busy chimney company, we often call on 10K to help us with complex projects outside our scope, including flashing and siding. They are trusted consultants, and their crew consistently provides top-notch work and leaves us confident that our customers are getting the service they deserve. We're grateful to have 10K as our trusted construction contractor.

This is my second time working with 10K construction and on both projects their communication and craftsmanship has been second to none! I could talk to their field supervisor Drew for hours about sports and music. He’s a great guy that works for a great team!

Highly recommend 10K Construction. Jake and his team we professional from beginning to end. At the end of the day, you would have never known our roof was replaced. Our yard was immaculate! Thank you for a job well done. We love the roof.

Jake was one of my favorite contractors as we were doing the expansion of our facility. The work was superbly well done, and he not only went above and beyond with pricing, he was super helpful, providing samples, making suggestions, always communicating what to expect next. He is a great guy and an amazing and professionial business man.

Finished my storm damage from last year Troy Miller and owner stopped by gave me a quote was done 3 days later.Troy Miller was on top of every move. Highly recommended construction site who also supports veterans.

Great experience with 10k Construction. We had a roof replacement due to ice dam damage. Jake was so helpful in working with us and our insurance. It was our first time dealing with a home claim and he walked us through the process, kept us informed and was available to handle questions. The crews were efficient and kept things clean. Would 100% work with them again.

10-K Construction was first rate. I worked with Tom and he was responsive, straight forward and easy to deal with. They completed the work on our home in a timely manner and the quality was very good. I would use them again.

From beginning to end, working with 10K was a complete delight! They were there every step of the way on my roofing project. We chose the shingle color Glacier and it looks so nice! Love love love

Not sure who Jake is but Tom at 10K is awesome! He helped us every step of the way and made sure the repairs were done to our satisfaction. He dealt with the insurance company so we didn't have to and communicated any changes with me. My new siding, roofing, and gutters look fantastic! I would highly recommend 10K!

I had the opportunity to work with 10K over that last couple of months regarding some roof damage. It has been nothing but a pleasure. The staff that I worked with were professional, had great quality of work and work ethic. I so appreciated their desire to want the work done to be top quality and for ‘eating’ the additional costs when the first solution wasn’t going to work.
I will certainly be recommending 10K use them in the future, should I need their services.

10K Construction delivered outstanding results in the installation of our windows and some roof/vent work. We sought them out along with 2 other companies (a franchise that advertises {and overcharges} A LOT and a larger MN-based company) for bids in early 2023, and hands down felt like 10K was the right choice. Our primary contact through the process was Jake- his clear communication throughout the process, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient, professional, transparent, personable approach make them a top-notch choice for any construction needs. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the seamless collaboration with Eagle Windows. We cannot recommend them enough!
