He is excellent in what he does and saved us several thousand dollars in repair of our refrigerator.

Fast and Friendly! I called at noon. The next day Andy was there early and with the part.. Fixed my dryer in 20 minutes, Cheaper than his quote. Pleasant conversation as the customer was allowed to watch.

He came and fixed our chest freezer. His prices are incredibly reasonable and he was easy to keep in contact with. Very knowledgeable, friendly guy, timely, and fixed our freezer in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend and will be keeping his info for future appliance issues.

I have had my share of “handymen” since I moved into my older house 5 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by Andy’s knowledge and skill. Our dishwasher was not working. The kitchen cabinetry was also messed up. I was fortunate to call this morning, he was here by 12:50!!! Same day service. He was done by 1:15! And he fixed the cabinetry issue!!! His rate was very reasonable. In the covid economy, he was Andy-on-the-spot. So glad I met him for the first time and so pleased with his work and service. AMAZING SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Andy checks all the boxes of a true professional who is hard-working, honest, transparent and highly skilled for any appliance repair. Super knowledgeable, dependable and punctual. We had an issue with the fan and computer board inside our fridge (GE); I called 5 other places first (which was a huge mistake if I would've known Andy in the first place), and it would've been at least 4-5 days until someone could even come out to check out the situation! Andy picked up the phone right away and was at my house within the hour (super hero). He diagnosed the issue while trying multiple on-site options, however, we ended up needing a new fan and computer board, and just like magic, he got the parts and installed them within 48 hours. Works like new and saved me a ton of money. I can't say enough positive things about this business. Look no further than Andy!!

What a pleasant experience. Andy's responded very quickly. Very nice man, handy, knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed everything up quickly and even allowed me to do a little extra cleaning on the inside of the oven doors once the repair was complete. Thank you, very much & Merry Christmas!

I have a 2009 Frigidaire refrigerator that stopped cooling. I contacted Andy's. He answered the call right away, asked me a few questions on the phone, made an appointment the next day, showed up on time, had the part with him, and fixed the refrigerator at a great price. Very nice, very professional, great service. I would highly recommend Andy's for an appliance repair job.

Andy came same day, prompt and respectful with his blue work shoe booties.  He spent a few hours working through possible causes for the washer machine seize-up.  The parts arrived very quickly and he was back in two days.  The fix on this older washer took some time and added research, but the charges were fair.  The manufacturer discontinued making the tool to replace this part, but Andy researched and overcame the challenge.  I recommend him and would hire him again.

Called Andy for help with our dishwasher. He happened to be in the neighborhood and called to see if he could stop by since he was nearby and within an hour of my first phone call this man had already repaired my dishwasher. Not gonna work out like that every time but Andy cared that our appliance was out, communicated clearly about his schedule and opportunities and showed up with everything needed to get the machine running right away. Why keep searching! Just call Andy and you don’t have to worry about it.

Andy was quick to respond and came out the within the hour to fix our washer. The work he did was just fine. However, AFTER he made the repair he told my wife that he had installed a used part because he didn't have a new one and that IF he could get a new one it would be another $36 to swap it out. (he charged $18 for the used part). The part that failed was only a few years old. Why would I want to pay $225 for a repair with a used part that could be as old? I did a quick Amazon search and found the same part (same brand, not aftermarket) readily available for $33. So apparently I would need to pay for the new part AND the used part if I wanted him to make the switch. My other issue is that we were charged a higher trip charge since we were 15+ miles from his shop which I completely understand ( we are 16 miles from his shop). But if you are going to do that it is probably best not to tell the customer you were already in town doing another job.

We called Andy and he was able to show up the same day to fix our poor dishwasher that wasn't draining. He started with the simple things first which ended up saving us a bunch of money. It turned out a piece of glass had just wedged itself down in the guts of the dishwasher. somehow Andy fixed it without any parts good as new!

His prices were very reasonable and I paid them gladly. We will definitely call him again next time we have any appliance problems.

Had an appointment scheduled to fix my laundry machine. Made the "mistake" of asking for a copy of his insurance for my records. Normally licensed and insured companies have no problem sending that over. Been in Property Management for nearly 20 years. Have never had a vendor react so unprofessionally. When he reacted so negatively I clarified he could mail it or email it when he had time. He responded, "Just find someone else. Period." OK Andy! Will do!

My 2007 Maytag dryer made a loud clunk, then just stopped working. As I googled what might be wrong, my heart sank as the average "lifespan" of a dryer is 10-12 years, I thought for sure this was going to be an unexpected (thousands for a set) replacement. But Andy answered my text within minutes and was at my house in 4 hours - he even gave me an exact time so I didn't need to wait all day like most deliveries and repairs expect of homeowners. In no time he diagnosed the problem, had the parts on hand and the dryer up and running. I highly recommend Andy's service, because of his speedy quick response time and reasonable rates, he saved the day!
